Novotel Suites Berlin City Potsdamer Platz

Pros: Prime location, good rooms and decent breakfast. LIDL next door, and multiple resturants near by. SBahn is just there as you come out of property. Only takes about 20-25 to the airport and 10 minutes to Berlin Main. Staff were frieendly. Cons: wait time for elevators is crazy. Room was very hot, Air Conditioning was almost non existent.

Trip with friends to visit Berlin. Hotel location was convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was good value. Only negative is that the air conditioning has limited controls and wouldn't come on until the room temperature was above 22 degrees which is warmer than I like for sleeping.

O Hotel fica muito bem localizado, perto de muitos pontos turísticos e do lado do metrô, o que é uma facilidade tremenda para Berlim. Há opções de comida por perto, e também de mercados, e isso é muito bom. O Quarto é confortável. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é a quantidade de elevadores que é pouca.

Great location for exploring Berlin. Very close to the S Bahn with easy access to all of the key sights. Good breakfast.

Rommene var store og gode, sengene gode, innsjekking gikk veldig greit. Men eneste plassen jeg har stått i kø for å komme inn til frokosten - område der frokosten serveres er altfor lite! Eller i grei avstand til det meste!

Pænt værelse, gode senge opnår sovesofaen. Beliggenheden er rigtig godt i forhold til seværdigheder og butikker. Man kan nå meget i gå afstand.

Nous avons séjourner en famille pour 3 nuits. Lorsque nous avons eu la possibilité de faire le check in en ligne, nous nous sommes aperçus que ce n etait pas la chambre demandée qui nous était donnée. Nous devions avoir 2 twins bed et un lit double, nous avons eu un divan lit simple et un lit double en plus d avoir une suite pour personne a mobilite reduite. Lorsque nous prenions notre douche il y avait de l eau partout et comme la pente de la douche c etait pas bien faite l eau se rendait sur le tapis. De plus, le chauffe serviette où se trouvait les serviettes etait hyper poussierieux. Pour le reste, le personnel etait super gentil et serviable. Les chambres n etaient pas super insonorisee... on entendait dans les chambres voisines.

När vi kom till hotellet så var AC sönder mitt i sommaren så vi fick erbjudande om att byta hotell andra dagen! Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal som ordnade hotellbyte snabbt och smidigt!

Picked Novotel as always been happy with them previously.. as always staff were excellent.. however the Aircon did not work the whole time and hadn't been working before either...

Nette en ruime kamer. Wij hadden er één met 4 slaapplaatsen en nog steeds ruim genoeg om je normaal te bewegen. Aparte toilet. Nette badkamer met douche en bad. Gunstig gelegen dicht bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden.

I stayed here recently and was extremely disappointed. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and worst of all, there were bed bugs, which made the experience horrifying. Management needs to seriously address hygiene and pest control. Another major issue was the lack of functioning air conditioning, even though it was clearly promised when booking. The heat made it difficult to sleep. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until they resolve these serious issues.

great location, really conveniently placed by potsdamer platz and mere meters away from a sbahn station rooms were big and comfortable staff were also really helpful during check-in, making us aware immediately about the AC issue and supplying us with fans the hotel is by the main road so does tend to get noisy but it wasnt a deterrent for us!
