Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. The property was comfortable, the service was smooth, and overall it made for a really pleasant experience. A special shout-out to Prince from Riverside Café — he went above and beyond to take care of our needs, especially when the main venue wasn’t open. Also a big thanks to Kuntal, the restaurant manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. In the bar, Sameer did his absolute best to make sure my friends and I had a great time — really appreciated his energy and attention. And of course, recognition for the rest of the wonderful team: Marful, Anusri, Arup, Sofia, Kuljit, Jamir, Sandipan, and Aloke. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay even better. Great hotel, great people — highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I researched many hotels in Kolkata before choosing the Hyatt Regency, and I’m so glad I did. Considering the price, luxury, service, and safety — everything here is truly above the top. The hotel is very neat and clean, and the atmosphere feels both elegant and comfortable. Their breakfast is phenomenal, offering great variety and quality. The location is also convenient — not far from the international airport, which makes travel easy

Very clean. Amazing staff who is so efficient and responsive. Made our kids feel so special. Every request was completed in 5 min. The biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. The food was amazing! The options on the "limited midnight menu" were more than most American hotels have on their full menu. The food arrived hot and fresh. Warning: they include salad and bread with the order so it'll definitely will be a lot of food. Portions are so generous. We had Maacher jhol and kosha mangsho for our first meal back in Kolkata after 10 years after coming off a 24h journey. What a treat!
