周りに何もないため買い物などを済ませるか、寝る目的だけで行くと良いでしょう。日中なら併設されたカフェとガソリンスタンドで多少の物は手に入る。

The staff is very nice. The afternoon staff can speak English while the morning staff struggles, but tries (They were comfortable reading Italian translations from Google translate). Staff was also very helpful, they had my internet box ready (it had been previously mailed to them before my arrival and spoke to the airport for me).
We arrived close to midnight and the hotel looked very dead but once you walk around to the back, you can see the rooms. It's small and simple but for what we paid for it was appropriate. Also the staffs wonderful treatment made the slightly outdated room (from an American perspective) acceptable.

Muito insatisfeito com o tratamento e resolução do cancelamento da minha reserva ocasionada por conta da pandemia e não por vontade própria .
Não senti nenhuma boa vontade da hotéis.com para solucionar a questão .

A experiência não foi boa. Não tinha comida, só se pedíssemos fora. O cardápio não tinha nada sem glúten (minha esposa é alérgica).
O barulho dos aviões atrapalha o sono.
De manhã não tinha como tomarmos café. Tudo fechado e ninguém na recepção, tivemos que deixar a chave em cima do balção e vir embora.

We did not stay at this hotel. When we got there, there was no one at reception, we had to go to cafe next door to get key and when they opened the door to one of the rooms, the knob fell out of the door. And where it was located we did not feel safe. We did not feel anyone would be capable of helping us get a ride to the airport, so we stayed at a hotel connected to airport, we had a very early flight and did not want to miss it. This place ahould not be on hotels.com

I booked for the price .a mistake ! It is not near anything except a gas station ! We did get a sandwich for dinner !There is not a chair in the room ! the shuttle is a joke ! If we could have got out of there we would have ! There was no way to call a cab !

We couldn't find the shuttle bus from the airport. None of the service counters had heard of this hotel and no one knew where the shuttle bus was located. A customer service phoned the hotel 3 times; we phoned 3 times and there was no answer. No taxis would take us there because there was a marathon going on in the town.
We ended up at another hotel with a shuttle bus very visible. Since we had bought it through hotels.com at the no-refundable rate, we lost our money and had to pay for the other hotel.

Mycket enkelt men rent och prisvärt hotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra badrum. Flygen går över hotellet så öronproppar är bra att ha. Vattenkokare och kaffe/te samt hårfön finns. Bra shuttleservice till/från flygplatsen för € 6 per person, ring hotellet om detta. Funkade utmärkt för oss som landade sent på kvällen och åkte vidare tidigt morgonen därpå. Annars väldigt avigt läge.

From the airport I could not get any shuttle service. What’s worse, the manager simply refuse to apologize for that. Besides it was noisy the whole night because of the gas station which is run with the hotel.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, o hotel é confortável, de fácil acesso à estação de metrô Cornélia e com linhas de ônibus praticamente na porta. Só achamos o quarto um pouco apertado. Gostamos muito do hotel ter disponibilizado sem nenhum custo a mais o café da manhã glúten free.

The main problem with this hotel (more like a motel, really) is the location — it's not close to anything but a bar, so getting to the sea or to a cafe/restaurant is difficult if you don't have a car. The facility is fairly rudimentary and my room was small, although each room does have a patio. I'm thinking that this place may be meant for truckers, as it's located just behind a truckstop. It's just across the road from the end of the runway, and I saw planes taking off one after the other, but fortunately I wasn't bothered by the noise, even at night. I was delighted to find that the air conditioning worked.

A terrible experience! The hotel was on the side of the road, with a simple row of seven rooms and a single porter. Customer service phone number is fake, can not get through! We insisted on a phone number and the landlord gave me three fake Numbers! The man looking at the house has a cell phone, but he refuses to tell us his phone number. No one is at home after 9 p.m. This is terrible! When we got the police number, he promised to call a car to take us to the airport, but refused to give us a refund. I don't know why there are so many positive comments!
