Room was saturated in a cleaner that burned my nose and throat, and even then, didn’t feel clean at all. Entire building blocked out cell service, and only had patchy WiFi. Booked into my room for 30 minutes before finding another hotel. Still waiting for my money back for the two nights I paid for.

Anche se segnato su Hotels come un Hotel non lo è. Di conseguenza la reception non è sempre aperta e purtroppo l'assistenza è negativa. Chiedo la ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno, unico pagamento effettuato direttamente alla struttura visto che il pernotto è stato pagato a Hotels e dopo 15gg ancora non riescono a fornirmela, no comment! Sconsigliato a clienti business.

L’albergo posizionato in un condominio , senza neanche una Targa fuori dal condominio , ho girato 15 minuti attorno . Ho pagato 136 euro per una singola troppo a mio parere

The property was hidden away on a side street. The room was clean and in decent condition. There were some marks to the head board. The private bathroom for our room was along the hall as opposed to being en suite was the only thing which stopped this from being a 5 star review. The whole staff are very good and responsive. I would recommend it to my friends, as location is great: 15 minute walk to collosseum, trevi fountain is about similar, pantheon a bit further like 30 minutes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Super hôtel, accueil très agréable on nous a donner plein de bon conseil. Nous vous conseillons cet super hôtel.

Totale Enttäuschung. Man findet das "Hotel" kaum, nur die Klingel ist beschriftet. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einer ehemaligen grossen Wohnung. Sehr kleine Zimmer. Alles ziemlich abgewohnt, beinahe schmuddelig. Das Badezimmer ein Witz, man sich kaum umdrehen, der Spülkasten läuft teilweise selbständig und in der Dusche kann sich ein ausgewachsener Mann kaum drehen. Zudem alles im Halbdunkel. Aussicht aus dem Fenster: Nada. Nur eine Hauswand. Das Frühstück besteht aus vertrocknetem Gebäck (vermutlich vom Vortag) in einer Plastiktasche welche am Morgen an die Türklinke ausserhalb des Zimmers gehängt wird. Die 2 Punkte gebe ich für die Lage, diese macht einiges wett. Wir waren über Silvester 2019/2020 da. UNsere Freunde aus Italien haben am sleben Tag gebucht. Wir haben festgestellt, dass wir aus der Schweiz abgezockt wurden. D.h. wir haben 35% mehr bezahlt als die "Italiener". Und diese hatten zudem ein einiges grösseres Zimmer und Bad. Überraschung: Am Silvester hat uns das Management eine Flasche Prosecco offeriert/ins Zimmer gestellt. Negative Feststellung dazu: Unsere Freunde haben 2 Flaschen erhalten... Der Preis ist soweit ok, empfehlen kann ich das allenfalls für ganz junge Leute welche keine hohen Ansprüche haben.

Staff were very attentive and so kind. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome upon arrival and nothing we asked was to much trouble. The map we received on check in of Rome and the sites and the best way to navigate the city helped us immensely. Rooms were modern and clean. Minimal noise from other guests or street. Fantastic location 2 minutes walk to metro. Good local restaurants.

Nous avons attendu 1h devant une porte fermée, il y a une énorme différence entre les photos et la réalité...

It was hard to find due no sign and not really any further description beside the building. 3rd floor and was surprised he wanted the city tax right off the bat. Pillow n bed were ok quality but it was a bigger room n bath room was great but very little shelves to place stuff. Great restraunts n historical areas n shops but at night seemed a bit scary to go out.

the bed in this room was TERRIBLE. The pillows were flat and worn out. The bed itself was hard and lumpy, and I could not sleep on it. The linens were not the best either. I checked out a day early because of this. The breakfast was in theory a nice touch but the quality of what was served was poor. The person manning the desk gave me an impression that he would rather not be bothered and when I asked for transportation arrangements to the airport (which I thought was included) he told me he could not help me. He also told me this when I asked him to call a cab for me. There's no outside signage to help you identify where the hotel is. There was no apparent way to control the climate and I couldn't keep the window open for too long because it was very noisy outside. I felt the area was unsafe and was warned by a couple of locals to be careful. This caused sleeplessness as I was worried. You are given a key card to operate the electricity and you also need this card to get into the room. I was not told this and thank god I knew to take the card with me. If I had not known I would not have been able to get into my room. The elevator is very small and can only fit two people at a time comfortably. The shower head jets were spraying in different directions and the pressure was not the best. Pros of the property- ceiling art and cleanliness.

Αρκετά Καλή τοποθεσία από αξιοθέατα φιλικό προσωπικό!Δεν δούλευε το καλοριφέρ στο δωμάτιο αν και υπήρχε ένα αεροθερμο σαν λύση!

The hotel is very well located, but we had a few problems, such as poor breakfast and cold water. In the last day the water was so cold that it was impossible to take a shower.

Prima colazione continentale inclusa ma non c'è un locale dove poterla consumare, ti arriva in stanza un vassoio con due merendine, del succo d'arancia, 1 caffè e una tazza di latte anacquato. L'odore di fogna ci ha fatto compagnia per l'intero soggiorno, probabilmente i bagni non sono sifonati. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione nelle immediate vicinanze di S.Maria Maggiore e stazioneTermini.

Остановились в номере 1 около стойки регистрации. Шум стоял всю ночь..не выспались. Шумел какой то генератор за стеной...это было ужасно. Wi-FI то есть, то его нет...

A localização é boa, próxima ao metrô. Péssimas condições relacionadas a Limpeza, café da manhã apenas após as 8;30h. Certo dia, durante a estadia chegamos a ficar mais de dez minutos esperando a porta ser aberta para entrarmos, lamentável.
