Marco and the Hotel Becher team are magnifico ! A highlight of our stay in Venice was their hospitality and kindness… Their goal is to “make you feel at home” and they exceeded our expectations! Marco and Hotel Becher mottos says “Be Nice for No Reason !” We felt this every day and if we ever return to Venice we know where we will stay… Hotel Becher !!!

Hotel directly on the canal was convenient. We were picked up at the airport by private boat, arranged smoothly by the hotel staff. We chose the same mode for our departure to the train station. Walking distance to the Doge palace and so much. Breakfast was very good and staff were lovely.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. This hotel was amazing, super clean and had little touches that made it perfect without the high price tag. It is literally walking distance from all the important attractions, lots of shops and restaurants. The free breakfast is delicious with scrambled eggs, bacon or a type of sausage, etc. The receptionist, Elena was absolutely wonderful, sweet and super helpful. She recommended some good authentic restaurants and helped with general questions, always with a smile and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

フロントの方はとても優しく対応も素晴らしかった。海外旅行とは思えない日本のホテルのような笑顔と対応に安心できます。 部屋の外にもトイレがあるので匂いが気になる場合(風呂と洗面所も兼ねているので)はそっちも使える 立地もどこ行くにも15分圏内だから楽。 朝食も数は少ないがどれもヨーロッパの朝食といった感じで非常に満足。 しかも冷蔵庫なしと書いてあったがミニバーがありそこに普通に冷蔵庫もあるので便利です。 日本人はここに泊まるべき！！！！

This was the perfect location for a first visit to Venice. The front of the hotel is on a small canal and the back is on an alleyway that connects to many shops and restaurants. All of the hotel staff were so kind and helpful, especially Elena who arranged our water taxi’s at the beginning and end of our stay. The night front desk staff member, Marco was so helpful with directions. The room was perfect for four adults and the breakfast was great!

Loved staying here! It’s in such a convenient location, staff was super nice and helpful, and the room was nice. Staff was always around, attentive, and answered any questions we had. Loved the private dock for the property and was extremely easy to get around. The area felt safe. The only complaint I have is that the shower made it nearly impossible to not drench the floor. The shower door is just too small. Regardless, house keeping replaced all towels every day so wasn’t that big of an issue when we laid some extras on the floor.

Vi ombooket hotell i siste liten av praktiske årsaker, og fant Becher hotell via Hotels.com. Vi rakk ikke gjøre så mye research men vi ble uansett enormt positivt overrasket. Praktisk info: Tok oransje båt fra flyplassen (bestilte billett på automat mens vi ventet på baggasjen), og gikk av på Rialto. Derfra var det 5–10 min spasertur til hotellet. Google Maps er nærmest nødvendig for å navigere gjennom alle gatene. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Viste oss «rundt» på kart og Marco fra personalet geleidet oss personlig til en restaurant de anbefalte, som var åpen (vi ankom sent grunnet forsinkelser). Hotellet gir italienske vibber og har klassisk italiensk design. Det er ikke veldig luksuriøst, men her trivdes vi enormt godt! Vi var reisefølge på to voksne og en ungdom og hadde ett tremannsrom. Kanskje det var litt pga researchen vår at vi ble såpass overrasket, men rommet var stort og i god stand, rent og pent. Eget bad og dobbel seng til de voksne og eget rom med bad til ungdommen. Egen AC-enhet på begge soverom. Koselig liten frokost med godt utvalg. Verdt å teste ut. Hotellet har også en liten «terrasse» rett i kanalen der man kan sitte og nyte ett glass vin eller en kaffe. De fikser også transport (båttaxi) direkte fra «terrassen» dersom man ønsker dette. Vi betalte 80€ for transport med bagasje til togstasjonen da vi skulle videre derfra. Kanskje litt kostbart, men veldig enkelt. Beliggenheten var for oss helt optimal. Kort vei til alt. Anbefales!

Loved staying here! It’s in such a convenient location, staff was super nice and helpful, and the room was nice. Staff was always around, attentive, and answered any questions we had. Loved the private dock for the property and was extremely easy to get around. The area felt safe. The only complaint I have is that the shower made it nearly impossible to not drench the floor. The shower door is just too small. Regardless, house keeping replaced all towels every day so wasn’t that big of an issue when we laid some extras on the floor.

Vi ombooket hotell i siste liten av praktiske årsaker, og fant Becher hotell via Hotels.com. Vi rakk ikke gjøre så mye research men vi ble uansett enormt positivt overrasket. Praktisk info: Tok oransje båt fra flyplassen (bestilte billett på automat mens vi ventet på baggasjen), og gikk av på Rialto. Derfra var det 5–10 min spasertur til hotellet. Google Maps er nærmest nødvendig for å navigere gjennom alle gatene. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Viste oss «rundt» på kart og Marco fra personalet geleidet oss personlig til en restaurant de anbefalte, som var åpen (vi ankom sent grunnet forsinkelser). Hotellet gir italienske vibber og har klassisk italiensk design. Det er ikke veldig luksuriøst, men her trivdes vi enormt godt! Vi var reisefølge på to voksne og en ungdom og hadde ett tremannsrom. Kanskje det var litt pga researchen vår at vi ble såpass overrasket, men rommet var stort og i god stand, rent og pent. Eget bad og dobbel seng til de voksne og eget rom med bad til ungdommen. Egen AC-enhet på begge soverom. Koselig liten frokost med godt utvalg. Verdt å teste ut. Hotellet har også en liten «terrasse» rett i kanalen der man kan sitte og nyte ett glass vin eller en kaffe. De fikser også transport (båttaxi) direkte fra «terrassen» dersom man ønsker dette. Vi betalte 80€ for transport med bagasje til togstasjonen da vi skulle videre derfra. Kanskje litt kostbart, men veldig enkelt. Beliggenheten var for oss helt optimal. Kort vei til alt. Anbefales!

Our stay was amazing. They only got a four-star because their air conditioning broke when we were there but they accommodated with fans and a discounted room rate. Highly recommend this place.
