Café da manhã espartano, péssimo atendimento, quarto mal equipado.

I letti sono molto scarsi, poi hanno dovuto cambiarci la stanza perché non c’era il riscaldamento, dopo ci hanno dato una stanza in cui vi era una forte puzza

Hotel localizado do lado de um shopping, restaurantes e um onibus( do shopping) que por €4,00 te leva ao centro, e te deixa ao lado da estação de trem Santa Maria Novella. Ou seja, foi perfeito! E ainda fica a 12 min do aeroporto de Florença. O staff foi nota 10! Principalmente o Leonardo. Muito atencioso, educado, simpático e prestativo, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos.

Parcheggio comodo. Personale efficiente e disponibile. Camera piccola e senza dotazione di cose basilari per un tre stelle.

Good value for money

Boa localização, com shopping e mercado ao lado. Longe do centro da cidade, mas com acesso à ponto de ônibus próximo. Ponto negativo é que os quartos não tem frigobar.

Das Hotel ist zwar win wenig abgelegen aber direkt daneben ist ein großes modernes Kaufhaus.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte in questa strutturata. La posizione è molto comoda, perché permette di bypassare le città, ma è a pochi metri dal centro commerciale i Gigli. Il personale è cordiale e diaponibile e la stanza confortevole.

Parcheggio sia a pagamento che libero. Su vuoi puoi andare a piedi al centro commerciale i gigli. La nostra camera (la meno costosa) non era pulitissima, c erano degli elastici a terra e dei capelli nella doccia. Il letto duro al punto giusto. Colazione sempre ottima ma non come a Barcellona! Non ho visto prodotti confezionati e ed era buona sia la roba dolce.che salata.

Hotel viejo y descuidado

Beds were just set up with a thin mattress uncomfortable. Bath room had rust inside the shower and the tiles were stained.

We booked this property based upon the travel times provided in the listing. These are grossly misguiding with almost everything being a 45 min drive. The shower in our room was broken and the shower head when turned on would shoot to the ceiling with the water pressure and this could only be used by hand as the clip was broken (you could see they had badly tried to repair it) We got no wifi at the property, we couldn’t sign in with a code or with name and room number. There was no cast to tv from your phone to watch Netflix’s despite it saying so on the TV as there was no connector and the tv had no Netflix despite showing it on the remote, staff advised it was an after market remote and that Netflix wasn’t available. The beds were tiny tiny tiny as a 5’8” female weighing 172lbs I was to large to fit in this cot style bed. The ac also didn’t work and the room was very hot. Not sure if they saved the worst room for those booking through Expedia as the hotel was advertising rates at €250 a night but even at €100 a night this hotel is grossly overpriced for the condition.

We had a lovely stay with Ibis. Matteo and Nicole in reception were amazing hosts. Convenient location for Mugello Circuit MotoGP access. Thankyou 🙏

If you are a tourist, do not stay at this hotel the distance to main Florence sites is about 45-60 minutes - the cost of a taxis is 70-85 euros each way. The description of the distance/time is incorrect. Taxis or Ubers are not available in the area of the hotel - if you are lucky, you may find one in 30 mins or more. The carpet at the room was dirty full of stains. Very old. The AC was loud and leaking water. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The experience in the 2 hours that we were there was terrible. We ended up finding another hotel and losing the money paid.
