Não tive sequer coragem de ficar hospedado nele. Um lugar horrível, não cuidado, sujo, não tinha recepcionista, não tem placa de identificação no local, lugar perigoso. Zero. Coloquei uma estrela em tudo porque não tem opção sem estrela nenhuma. Por fim, fui buscar hospedagem em outro lugar. Uma decepção...

Good location. Walking distance to dining, shopping, port, tour meet-up areas, multiple piazzas and historical sights.

Accueil nulissime comportement du patron inadapté. Bruyant, pas du tout isolé du bruit de la rue. Inaccessible avec des bagages : porte d'entrée lourde et minuscule. Accès dangereux en bord de rue sans trottoir. Attention : pas d'accueil physique. Il faut appeler avec votre portable personnel un numéro italien une fois arrivé dans la rue avec vos bagages en plein dans la circulation. Et là ça ne suffit pas. Alors que vous êtes debout dans le bruit à vous coller au mur pour ne pas vous faire renverser par un scooter, le patron ne vous donne pas le code. Il vous demande de télécharger une application de messagerie instantanée (!) Si vous y arrivez, il ne vous enverra pas le code d'entrée à 3 chiffres, mais un long message vocal en anglais avec un accent tellement mauvais qu'on n'a pas compris le code et qu'il a fallu le rappeler une 2eme fois pour qu'il soit d'accord pour nous donner ce code de vive voix. En clair si vous n'avez pas de smartphone, ou que vous n'êtes pas un geek à l'aise avec le numérique en plein brouhaha de rue, ou que vous ne parlez pas anglais, vous ne pourrez pas accéder à votre chambre. Je garde le meilleur pour la fin : il a voulu nous faire payer la taxe de séjour pour notre enfant alors que notre réservation indiquait bien qu'il avait moins de 15 ans (donc gratuit). Il a même menacé d'appeler la police parce qu'on refusait de payer une taxe qu'on ne devait pas... Quel sens de l'accueil !

We ound the property met our expectations but was a little difficult to find. All in all, we were happy with our stay.

Prima hostel en schone nette kamer, eerder toegang gekregen tot de kamer door te bellen met de eigenaar bij aankomst. Op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden.

FOR US THE LOCATION WAS SCARED. NOBODY IN THERE , ENTRACE OF HOTEL WAS DARK PLACE, AND THE PRINCIPAL DOOR VERY DURY. NEVER COME BACK SORRY

Non e' un hotel 3 stelle ma un b&b senza accesso diretto, bisogna entrare in un palazzo. Non c'è nemmeno l'ascensore perche di uso condominiale e bosogna essere in possesso della chiave che ha solo il gestore che non è mai presente in struttura. È piu caro di altri hotel 3 stelle molto belli e puliti. Altamente sconsigliato.

TL;DR : This is NOT a hotel. It is a BnB-like accommodation with misleading advertisement. Owner also tries to browbeat negative reviews by threatening calling the cops. We arrived in a graffiti laden alleyway at around 4pm, well within the 2 to 8pm check-in time (front desk is supposed to be open from 8am to 8pm) to a door with a lockbox. We ring the location and get no answer. We find a note that says that we need to contact someone through WhatsApp if it's after 2pm. Which is... highly irregular. Contact the number (good thing we had international data) and no response so I start looking at the lockbox. Within seconds, I get it open and find a bunch of keys. Didn't feel comfortable taking the keys so I tried to close the box again but couldn't anymore. After nearly 2 hours! I finally get a response after I contacted Expedia to get a refund. He gives me instructions to open the lockbox and tells me it's my fault because we checked-in after 2pm. We got no instructions of that sort from him (or at all). Turns out, the lockbox code was not one that I had tried which now freaks us out considering how easy it was to open, anybody could have made doubles. Asked for a refund directly because both not a hotel room or safe and he refused. Ended up going elsewhere. After he saw a negative review on google, he sent us the cop threat. This is NOT a hotel. Nobody works here. The 8am to 8pm front desk is a lie and is not manned. We even saw other people waiting the next day.

Posizione strategica e vicinissima alla fermata metro. La camera molto spaziosa e pulita, ottima l'accoglienza di Pina al desk. Consentono di lasciare il bagaglio nella sala comune anche dopo il checkout. Consigliatissimo.

Riktigt bra b'n'b i ett grymt läge i Neapel. Gångavstånd till det mesta, många bra restauranger i området. Rent och snyggt och bra service.

Great location. Inexpensive price. No air conditioning. Hot. Had to sleep with windows open. Noisy all night long.

Nice hotel for the price. Really well located closed to the city center.

Det utlovas för mycket i beskrivningen. Transfer till/från flygplats inte möjlig, incheckningstiden stämmer inte, personal dålig på engelska, ingen fungerande hiss, urdålig frukost (fungerar kanske för italienare), en dag var tydligen duschhanddukarna slut och då fick vi handdukar istället, fungerar inte så bra.

Ce n’est certainement pas un 3 étoiles. Tout est super cheap même si la réceptionniste est super sympa ça reste un hôtel improvisé dans une ville bâtisse au charme local certes mais c’est un bed & breakfast. A ce prix là un air b n b serait mieux

Quelques chambres au 2e étage d’un bâtiment ancien dans une rue calme à 2 pas de la vieille vile. Très bon accueil. Personnel charmant. Chambre spacieuse avec petit balcon relativement calme grâce au double vitrage. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Très bon rapport qualité prix dans l’ensemble.

Don’t stay here is my best recommendation. Find a different Hotel
