Laffitte Hirai Condominium Hotel

La habitación limpia, el único problema es que mi esposa se olvidó en el refrigerador un medicamento que debía estar frío. Les escribí desde el mismo día que salimos del hotel, ya pasaron 6 días y no tenemos respuesta. Son unos irresponsables que no tienen la cortesía de responder a los mensajes

It was a bit tight for a family of 5, but not surprising for Tokyo apartments in that price range. The walk to the Hirai station was shorter than I thought it would be from just looking at a map. Quite a few food options and convenience stores near by, especially the closer you get to the station. Communication was good and fast. There was a bit of a malfunction with one of the sliding closet doors, which caused a little bit of damage to one of the other doors. I was worried about being charged for that, I reported it quickly and because it was not my fault, I was not charged for the damage, which was very fair and therefore, I did not take away any marks for the malfunction in this review. I am a slightly bigger guy (a 6-footer), so the stairs were a little narrow and steep and the headroom could sometimes be an issue in some locations, but having visited Japan before, that was not a surprise for me. I just mention it here, in case that is something you want to avoid. Last little side note, which wasn't a problem, but is good to know ahead of time, the "washer" listed in the description does not have a dryer function, but the ventilation system in the shower has a "drying" function, that actually worked better than expected. Just hang your wet load of laundry on the drying racks in the room, turn that fan on over night or before you leave for sightseeing for the day and put the racks as close to the warm air coming from the vent as you can. It worked quite well.

Easy check process. The property was clean, and very spacious. It was super close to the subway, and perfect place to home while in Japan. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend. I would definitely book again!

Great location, there is a nearby train station and convince stores. However the hotel was a little small for 5 of us, but overall would recommend.

The washer/dryer did not dry anything

Traveling with 2 teenagers makes regular hotels not an option. This place had 4 futons/beds. It had more than enough space. It is 0.2 miles from the train station. The area had dining options very close by. It was a great stay.

The property is good enough for a small family. Having no elevator in the building made it a bit challenging for us and the stairs are not wide enough.

The property was clean, spacious, and closed to JR line for fast travels to different locations.

The condo was a lot smaller than I expected. It's not user friendly if you have senior citizens, kids, or someone over 200lbs. The stairs are narrow and my husband and son 6ft tall almost fell a couple of times. I was scared to fall using the restroom at night. Bathroom was upstairs. Don't feel that safe with a padlock to lock the front door. Beds were comfortable. The condo was too small for 7 people. My husband had anxiety attack because of the close quarters. Not a lot of space to move around with 7 suitcases. Better suited for younger people not families.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Yes this is a converted garage but it is spacious and has everything you need. It is on the outskirts but it was less than a 10 min walk from a station so you can be at any one of the major cities in no time. We had no issues and I would recommend.

Very nice appartement. Lots of space. Good small kitchen. Clean. We did miss curtains a lot. No elevator. But we stayed at the 4th floor and the stairs are not very high.we had no problem at all

Décu de mon séjour dans cet "hotel". pas de personnel pour le check in/check out, Tout se fait à distance. Les photos sont vraiment bien travaillé pour faire envie mais une fois arrivé dans la chambre on est décu. L'isolation phonique des fenetres est catastrophique surtout au bord d'un boulevard à fort passage. Les chambres pour 3 sont très petites et le lit d'appoint très peu confortable. Il n'y qu'un lit avec un vrai matelas, le second est un futon. Cela ressemble plus à un airbnb qu'à un hotel. Sinon le positionnment permet d'acceder rapidement à Tokyo via la ligne JB qui ne fait pas parti du passe journalier du metro de Tokyo.

급하게 예약한 숙소였는데 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 역까지도 가까웠고 바로 건너편에 편의점도 있었습니다. 도착한 첫 날에 비가 쏟아졌는데 세탁기와 세제가 다 갖추어져 있어 수습이 가능했습니다. 건조대도 있었고요. 식기와 인덕션, 전자레인지, 전기포트, 밥솥까지(!) 있어서 편리했습니다. 저희는 따로 뭘 해 먹지는 않았지만요... 시설도 침구도 깔끔하고 청소도구도 있어서 쾌적하게 체류 가능했습니다. 다음에 도쿄 쪽에 또 오게 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

The communication from this property was excellent. Easy to find and secure. We stayed in the family room with the stairs to an upper bedroom. Both my kids were terrified of climbing the stairs as they were very steep but the bathroom was upstairs. After a day or so they got used to it but I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. If it were a group of adults staying, it would be great. Hirai felt safe and easy for trains.7/11 and Lawson close by to accomodation. No lift which would be hard if you had a lot of luggage. We had no noise issues.

Turist olarak gidiyorsanız turistik yerlere uzak. Ama metrodan cok uzak değil. İletişim iyi sorularınıza çabuk cevap alabiliyorsunuz. Yataklar hiç rahat değil.

The place was fine for our stay, and it is well connected to Harai Train Station. There is places where to eat near and shops are open 24h if needed. We definitely recommend it.

This place was more spacious than most other places I've stayed at in Tokyo, which was a huge plus. The nearest train station was close and accessible by walking. However, visitors should note that this place is pretty far from the big tourist areas, such as Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, etc. Everything is accessible by train, but it will take you a while (maybe give it like 1 hour). The place was very clean. Great stay
