Bilik ini sangat besar untuk saya sebagai pengembara solo. Ia juga mempunyai banyak kemudahan seperti mesin basuh, dapur, bilik mandi dan bilik mandi yang berasingan, dan juga balkoni. Lokasinya juga hebat. Ia sangat dekat dengan Pasar Kuromon, Dotonbori dan Shinsaibashi.

It was a very nice stay. Walkable to all shopping/eating areas but the neighborhood is quiet and has local vibe. We will stay here again.

Chão do quarto um pouco sujo e cortinas um pouco finas deixando passar claridade. Mas o quarto tinha todas as conveniências necessárias e o hotel/flat ficava em excelente localização!

I booked this trip around six months ago, and at the time I was told that the accommodation would have a staffed reception. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived, this had changed.
I stayed for seven days and six nights, and during that time we weren’t given enough bath towels. This meant we had to wash the used ones ourselves, but there wasn’t really enough laundry detergent provided for us to do so properly.
When I made the booking, I was also assured that luggage storage would be available after check-out. Sadly, because the place has now moved to a completely contactless system, this service was no longer offered. In the end, we had to pay for external luggage storage instead.
If you’re planning to cook during your stay, it’s worth checking in advance whether the kitchen has the basics you need. You may need to ask specifically about things like knives, spatulas, and ladles, as these weren’t fully provided.

Generally the accommodation suited our needs although they misrepresented the images of the room we reserved to make it seem much larger. Was rather cramped. Location is good for getting around the city and transportation services. Staff were friendly although very disappointed that the cleaning staff soiled my hat by putting it in the garbage with food.

This was a great place to stay as it was convenient to public transport, food, Dotonbori, etc. The staff were very nice and the room had everything you need for a short or long stay. I would stay here again!

A very spacious unit. Feels like it was originally a small condo unit (including an around the corner balcony and a small hallway). Nice kitchen area with appropriate kitchenware. Interesting bathroom with TV in the shower!. Nice to have toilet, sink and shower/bath in separate "rooms". Also liked the ensuite washing machine for laundry with racks in the shower room for air drying. We disliked the starkness of the room (everything was white) and the need for a special device available upon request, to watch streaming shows on TV.

This place was a gem and within walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes of the most popular places for dining, shopping and cultural sights like temples / museums. It sits in a neighborhood surrounded by local businesses which I suggest people support and truly worthy. You will receive really genuine treatment and courtesy.
We booked 1202 - roof top with balcony and clear view of the city. Its spacious just like many noted in their reviews compared to other places. Theres a foyer upon entering which provided extra space to store your luggages and shopping bags. The bathroom is spacious ( wish there was a full body mirror), the toilet is separate from shower which is a plus. We didnt do any cooking but the place provides the basics. A 711 is about 25 steps to the right of the building for quick bites and ATM. I was proven wrong when I snobbed the coffee / latte machine. It was actually pretty good. Lol
Theres a local mom and pops bakery which is open early if you're a morning person or jet lagged. DELICIOUS hot pastries.The owner was a sweety.
The lobby with sitting area, an elevator, a front desk with a human vs machine from 10am to 5pm. They allow luggage delivery and will hold your luggage until 5pm for those with late flights.

한국인이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운 것은 5시 이후에는 키가 한개여서 따로 움직이는 경우에는 조금 불편한 점이 있어서 이 점이 개선되면 너무나 최고의 숙소일 것 같습니다!
