I really enjoyed the breakfast service! All the food provided was delicious and the cooks were very friendly. I also loved the system for cleaning services and door labels which either allowed cleaning or didn’t based on guest needs. I had a lovely stay, and would stay here again!

We stayed at Tokyu Stay Osaka for 3 nights. This hotel meet all our needs with a fair price point. It is conveniently located about less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. At that time, our focus was to have easy access to public transportation for the World Expo 2025 so this was a great choice. It was also not too far away from the other main attractions of Osaka. The room was on the smaller side as you would typically find in a Japanese hotel but it was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Having a laundry machine in the room was definitely a plus. They even provided the laundry detergent. PJ's are also provided. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel near the metro. Reception was on the top floor which was a little annoying due to having to waits for lifts more. Free coffee and amenities and washing machine in room is great. 20 mins walk to dotonburi area, but there is also restaurants close by

2 adults stayed in Standard Double Room with Washing Machine for 2 nights.
Room was comfortable albeit on the smaller side if you were to lay out 2 luggage on the floor. The bathroom was a bit smaller but could still fit our products on the bathroom sill. You can change the showerhead and that was great! The hairdryer is also very good. Pajamas are provided. The TV had streaming services available and you can also check-out from the TV. The washing machine was easy to use with the instructions, but note that drying may take up to 3 hours. What we did was wash everything quickly and then dry it all at the end while we slept. It took 2 cycles for everything to dry but it's doable if you time it right and it’s very convenient to wash while travelling.
The hotel is located close to the train station- we arrived via Sakaisuji Hommachi station from the airport. There are also many convenience stores nearby to pick up something small, or there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.
The staff were really friendly and spoke English well and made the check-in and out experience very easy. We stored our luggage early and found it had been placed in our room before our return!
Enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend. Thank you!

The location was good for taking public transportation, especially the Chuo line. I thought the washer/dryer in room was awesome. I could have packed much less. It was less walkable on the side atreets due to businesses needing access.

The hotel is clean and quiet. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood. It is not fancy and the room is small, but there is a washing machine in the room so you can do your laundry.
They only change the towels everyday if you request it. If you want new linens and a full cleaning before 7 days, there is a charge.
The hotel is right near the Chuo subway line, so going anywhere in town is easy.

The hotel is situated in a quieter business area of Osaka.
The subway is very close to the hotel and it is also walkable to the main areas, such as Namba (if you enjoy walking).
The hotel has been renovated recently.
The rooms are modern, the bathroom clean and it's a nice place to stay.
When I next visit Osaka, I will stay at this hotel again.
