Very old place. No wash cloths. No fridge. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. The place could be amazing if properly cared for. Run down

First off …We Arrive to a room that smells like sewage , that does not lock nor has been updated or professionally taken care of .. This hotel gives the feel of what looks to be the rougher side of the Cancún Mexico experience ….After immediately checking in , we decided to immediately Check out…. If you want to feel like you will wake up missing a kidney this may be the place for you… We asked the front desk if this place was safe . As it was advertised by “Expedia” as a “Fantastic “ place to stay … and was met with “EHHh yeah it’s safe “ just be in by dark…. After requesting refund for this property due to having to book another hotel 45min south of Puerto Juarez …. Hotel refuses now to speak English with Expedia to refund . Expedia for over a month has said they would reach out to hotel with a bilingual agent . Which still has yet to be done…. I have pictures and days of texts with no only hotel but Expedia…. Mind you I am a loyal Expedia customer with bookings done nearly 5x a year through this site . Expedia gave me a very small one key credit . Book at your own discretion …

Resulta que pagué más para poder tener un habitación con vista al mar. Qué pasó? Llego al lugar. Me dan la llave, y la vista era hacia la calle. Ya sabía que reembolso no habría, entoces le dije al recepcionista. Si puedes, cámbiame a la habitación correcta. Dame el servicio POR EL QUE PAGUÉ. Su respuesta: es que se las damos como van llegando. QUE?! usted llegó al último y ya se la dimos a alguien más. QUE?! O sea, para que pague la habiatacion más cara, si me darían “lo que me tocaban” Pésima locación, era mi primera vez en Cancún, jamás, y NO recomiendo que se queden aquí. Aparte las sábanas estaban sucias.

I paid for ocean view. Did not receive ocean view. Had to change rooms halfway thru because we were having problems with hot water. 2nd room was a little better. Bad shower head but atleast it was hot water. Still not ocean view. Not the cleanest place. Stained sheets. No beach access. Sunrise blocked by the ferry next door so couldn’t get a good view. Pool was pretty cold. The breakfast was decent and good price but took along time to get. And we were only 1 of 2 tables of 2 people sitting there. Staff was very friendly. Very few spoke any English but it’s Mexico so I can understand that. Don’t think I would choose this property again unfortunately.

Room is spacious..kitchen. Property is very tranquil..relaxing.

Didn't have kitchen but I guess you get what you pay.

Basic

This hotel is misleading and dishonest. It is not a 5-star hotel, even though it is advertised as one. The furniture in the room is very old, there was no hot water, no saucepans in the kitchen, and the Wi-Fi was very difficult to connect to. There were also many mosquitoes that bit me all night. I stayed for one night and checked out early. I requested a refund for the remaining three nights, but Expedia was unable to contact the hotel for refund approval because the staff could not speak English and ignored emails. I spoke directly with the owner to request confirmation of my early checkout; he spoke English well, but the hotel had no option to provide written confirmation. In the end, Expedia emailed me to say the refund was declined, and they were unable to issue a refund. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I rate it zero stars.

Endroit correct pour le prix manque un peu d amour… nous avons réservé ocean view avec cuisine mais aucune poêle/chaudron et ustensiles de cuisine fournie et aucune vue sûr océan de la chambre

The pictures don’t reflect the hotel’s current state. It was dirty, run down, the air conditioner did not work well and there was a brown mouse running around the kitchen. We booked a quick one night stay to help us get to the airport on time for an early flight. We were only there for 12 hours otherwise we would have booked elsewhere.

Isla Mujeres에 갔다오기에 편할 것 같아서 Puerto Juarez에서 가까운 Casa Caribe Cancun에서 2박을 했는데 잘못된 선택이었습니다. 예약하기 전에 깨끗하지 않다는 리뷰 몇개도 보고 물에 소금기가 있다는 리뷰 1개도 봤지만 그렇게까지 엉망일지 몰랐습니다. 체크인할 때 침대시트와 베개커버에 머리카락이 여러 가닥 있어서 교체를 요구했는데 다시 가져온 침구도 지저분하여 다시 교체했습니다. 식탁의자의 방석과 천으로 된 소파가 너무 더러워서 그냥 앉을 수 없어서 수건을 더 요청하여 수건을 깔고 앉았습니다. 바닥도 청소를 안한 듯 모든 곳이 더러웠습니다. 수도에서 나오는 물에 소금기가 있었는데 마치 바닷물 같았습니다. 소금기 자체보다 더 큰 문제는 그것으로 인해 파이프를 비롯한 금속 류가 부식되는 것이었고 광범위하게 부식된 것을 확인할 수 있었습니다. 그 물로 샤워하고 양치질할 수 없다고 판단되어 직원에게 이야기했더니 물에 chemical이 있어서 그렇다면서 큰 통의 natural water를 주었습니다. 샤워할 때는 수도에서 나오는 물로 먼저 하고 natural water로 소금기를 씻어 냈고 양치질, 세면 모두 natural water로 했습니다. 숙박했던 방에서는 바다가 바로 보이지 않았지만 바다 바로 앞에 위치하여 공용 식사공간에서는 바다전망도 좋았고 페리 선착장도 바로 보여 위치는 좋았습니다. 하지만 그 위치가 아까울 정도로 숙소 상태가 나빴고 건강이 걱정될 정도 였습니다. 멕시코 6주여행 중 묵었던 숙소 14곳 중에서 가장 나빴고 지금 이 리뷰를 쓰면서 그 곳을 기억하는 것 까지도 끔찍합니다.

So much space, gorgeous views. Walking distance to ferry. Highly reccomnend.

Bonita habitación y bonita vista

El personal fue amable, sin embargo a las instalaciones si le hace falta mas limpieza.

It was a nice suite . A few things to know. The water is very salty. I don’t know why. Bring a towel they don’t provide any. There were no cooking utensils just silverware and playlets m/bowls to eat with but no pots or pans. A lot of loud construction nearby during the day but quiet at night mostly. I’m used to making things work out so it those things were only minor inconveniences.

I thought we would of had the pots and pans in the room and we had to ask for it. Then only the one towel between two people and not even a pool towel. Water was provided for us at all time i had tried ro call many times before arriving to seek some information and not expedia could get thru. The door didnt lock and took 45mins to get it fixed and would not change us rooms.

Tres bien

Location is nice, the property has charm but needs some attention. Is not super clean and needs an update. Staff is very friendly! Value/price ratio makes sense because it is an affordable place to stay next to the ocean.
