The staff is super friendly and helpful. They maintain the property well and are always ready to assist. Except for the seafood restaurant rest all served really good food and beverages. The reservation to restaurants is not hard like some people mentioned, you just have to be ready at 8.00 AM to make the choice. Just be careful with towel cards, if you loose it you will have to pay $50 per card. But overall beautiful stay, enjoyed every bit. Thanks to the staff and management.

Property grounds are very well maintained. Staff was amazing. Enjoyed having multiple dinning options and everyday there was something to do with live entertainment. The kids loved the water park and activities offered to them in the kids club. My husband and I will definitely recommend this resort and come back.

What I liked was the people working at La Palapa.
Like the other times we were there, people working at La Palapa were great.
What I didn't like was the reduction of services, the noise from the construction site right beside the hotel. Also, this time, for our second week, we didn't know who was going to clean our room. We had to ask the front desk who was going to clean our room. Apparently, the lady at the previous week was not working anymore even though the card at the room said otherwise.
At the beach, the reduction of these umbrellas was inconvenience because when there's only a certain amount of these umbrellas, you have to go early in the morning if want to get one and be lucky. Also this time the sea had more seaweed and it wasn't as pleasant to swim in.
The previous times (4) we always had a great time and had nothing but positive to say about this place. Unfortunately this time it was only okay.

The property is nice I like the rooms, the food the beach, the pools is a little crowded if you are looking for a more quiet place is a family hotel so keep it in mind, also at checking they give me 2 cards for 2 towels when return the towels the staff person did not give me the cards back Well at check out they charge me 25 dollars per card that nobody is responsible for and nobody can look for it in the towel place I felt that it was not my fault also they did not mention that in the check in so keep it in mind to ask for the cards when returning the towels, Also the food need more variety of beef since it is a lot of pork.

Not great giving directions but once settled in staff was amazing yanely server is awesome Mary hostess at Wayne’s boots steakhouse was great too Carlos and Roger bartenders are amazing food is just ok at buffet restaurants are better you have to up on the site at 8am to make reservation the adults only pool and club lounge are the best areas if not traveling with kids beach has lots of waves and seafood best time is morning after they clean it up

Liked the proximity to the airport. Staff members were nice and helpful . Food not so good, buffet was pretty basic, not too many choices, same thing everyday. Thankfully we had the option of dinner reservations so we took it everyday. Best choice was the steakhouse. Beach is pretty, bad part is that they don't clean the seaweed , I've been to other places were they rake it and pick it up, not here. Entertainment almost nonexistent. Love México but next time we will stay at a different place.

Property was dirty. Ant infested dishes with half eaten food left on hallways for days even after notifying staff and front desk. Army of ants climbing up wall from trash can adjacent to elevator too. Food that was served was horrible! Jacuzzi in our room was rusted with ceramic coating peeling off. None of amenities that we’re supposed to come with our suite were provided. I wish I could post the pictures that I took. Will never go back to this place💩.

If you want an average time I would recommend crown paradise. You can ask one staff member on the left side of the room a question and get a different response from another staff member on the right side. Do not rely on anyone except management to provide schedules or advice. Even that the management still seemed to disappoint.
When you read that certain things are provided in the room, do not rely on them to be there.
There was no large disappointment but one small thing after the other and it ultimately lead to us leaving the resort to get food due to restaurants being closed when told otherwise.
When you first get there they explain no restaurant requires a reservation but the next day when you plan accordingly, suddenly they do and your stuck eating mediocre at best buffet food.
If you want average, then I would recommend here but other than that don’t have any high expectations.

Everything was alright but the cockroach was discussing remember don’t leave food out because that will call them more . The hotel rooms need allot of upgrade for the rouge we paid should’ve been better and to be honest it wasn’t surrounding beautiful but the restaurants need better food selection and better comunicativa torea each other they had told us 3 different employees that you only need reservation on one restaurant cam to find out the night we did the line they refused to take us because supposedly that day rules have change and none knew 😒 so I’m over here pregnant hungry and has to end up again resting at the buffet that haves The same food everyday all day 😒 thank you
