Hilton Cancun absolutely knocked it out the park! This resort was so relaxing with many options of things to do and places to eat! We especially appreciated the chicken taco cart and burger carts near each pool! While we had a minor hiccup with our shuttle (unrelated to the hotel itself), concierge did an excellent job of taking care of our concerns regarding the shuttle and worked to get us situated for the way home! We wanted to give a special shout-out to Axel (evening chef), Guadalupe (la Luce server), Olivia (chill pool server) and a few others who we were unable to recall names but the point is that we had outstanding service and appreciated everything about our stay! We will be return.

This property was amazing! We had a great experience from check in to check out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property and room was beautiful and very clean. The food options were also great and delicious.

Great resort, modern amenities. Only thing is they don’t allow uber to get inside the resort so make sure to download one of their local ride service app if you want to get around on your own.

Excellent design and condition, friendly and attentive staff, high quality food and drink in all inclusive package. Private compound feeling property as it is away from the hotel zone. Private road leads to the property surrounded by miles of mangroves in each direction. Architecturally this Hilton feels similar in design to the more luxurious Waldorf Astoria sister property next door. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of sparking wine and cake for my fiancés birthday which was a nice touch.

Everything was top notch. Our family loved the food selection and the main reason we loved it so much that all the food was very healthy, not greasy or too salty or too sweet. The only down side that hotel doesn’t provide transportation from the airport. It would be very much appreciated, because 15min ride even in Los Angeles doesn’t cost $110.

Eva and Marum were great during the check in process. First time staying at a family resort due to having our son, but it wasn’t bad since they had a more chill vibe pool on the south end. Had an ocean view suite on the 7th floor overlooking kid pool and north pooll, but it was quite.
Lunch buffet was lacking, but the pool side tacos made up for it.
