Muy tranquilo y amables

This property exceeded my expectations. Family friendly hotel they have activities all throughout the day for littles and adults. The rooms are well maintained the only complain is I wish the beds were a bit bigger a little outdated. Other than that we had a great time and will definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our time here. The property has everything you need. The highlight of our stay was the food. For an all inclusive, this place really hit it out of the park with the food selection and taste. Subtracted a point due to the pool being a bit dirty. Could use some extra TLC. The entertainment was also a hit or miss.

Playa muy bonita, limpia. Hotel pequeño, bueno para descansar no hay muchas actividades. Lo único malo es el sofá cama, extremadamente duro y muy pequeño solo para niños de menos de 10 años.

Es un bonito hotel, está cómodo pasar a la playa, en esta ocasión estaba en reparación un elevador, lo cual obligaba a caminar más para ir a la playa, pero en general todo muy cómodo, muy saturado los horarios para reservar restaurantes a la carta, el agua de la alberca templada. Si regresaría

El hotel estuvo en general bien la comida buena, sólo un pequeño detalle, nos tocó la habitación 3318 y el Rooftop quedaba justo arriba, se escuchaba demasiado los ruidos de las sillas que movían las personas que estaban arriba en el bar. Como sugerencia, recomiendo para evitar interrumpir el descanso de otros huéspedes que le pongan a las patas de las sillas, unas gomitas que venden en Internet que no creo que les cueste mucho conseguir para solucionar ese tema. Fuera de eso, todo todo excelente

Las instalaciones muy bien, albarca limpia y sus alrededores, el cuarto muy sencillo y era de las mas caros, la comida pesima, de sabor insipido y hasta malo, les falta mucho por mejorar en ese sentido,

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and the Iberostar brand, but it was honestly a big letdown. The room was cleaned well every day. Housekeeping did a great job and the room was always spotless. But everything else was disappointing. The buffet was the same every day, super bland and boring. The à la carte restaurants were terrible. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusives, and this was hands down the worst food I’ve ever had. The steakhouse served meat I couldn’t even chew, and the staff were rude. At the Japanese place, the sushi was hard and dry, and the teppanyaki was completely burnt. After that, I didn’t bother with any more restaurants and just stuck to the buffet, which didn’t help much. Room service was basically just food from the buffet. There’s only one pool and it was always packed. No bottled water in the room, so you have to go get water yourself. Towels were old, thin, and rough. They seriously need to be replaced. Entertainment and activities weren’t worth watching. Only good things were the beach taco bar and the ice cream by the pool. Ocean view from the room was nice. Some staff were friendly, but others were cold or rude. It really was hit or miss. This is not a 4.5-star resort. More like a 3.5 at best. I expected more from Iberostar. If you have other options, pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

El hotel es muy bonito, y las instalaciones muy agradables, el personal es muy amable, para mí lo único es que la comida ya no es tan buena como era antes, ya había ido hace varios años y la comida era muy rica

Nunca pudimos reservar los restaurantes de especialidad, solo nos dieron oportunidad en los buffets, lo cual es descepcionante

Todo bien, buen lugar

La playa hermosa, pocas olas, pocas piedras. No entran los vendedores ambulantes. La comida variada y de muy buena calidad, marcas originales en la barra. Las albercas y demas instalaciones excelentes. Hay un pueblito a 5 min por si se ofrece la farmacia o algo mas.

I requested double queens . Our beds were not queen size they were full size. There were crabs and spiders in our room every single day. Sliced my toe in the pool due to tiles missing on pool floor. The main pool was filthy with dead crabs, hair bundles; etc. inside it. I’d never stay here again. It was a nightmare The staff was friendly other than that this place is a 2 star resort at best

El servicio, en especial Tania del área de alberca, excelente. Para mejorar, que prohíban las bocinas en la alberca, se mezclaba con el sonido general. No a todos nos agrada el reggaetón y “corridos tumbados” que ponían varios huéspedes a sonido alto. Me comentaron que están prohibidas las bocinas, tal vez solo monitorear que la gente siga las reglas. Fuera de ese detalle todo excelente.

Iberostar Selection Hotel-Playa Mita is such a beautiful place. The staff is super friendly and courteous — it even made me want to speak a bit of Spanish! The beach is nice and warm, and the pool is amazing too. There are lots of fun activities! The vibe is so good and everything is really clean. I didn’t have any problems at all. The room was clean and super comfy. We’ll definitely be back soon!

La habitación que nos quedamos que el mar está a 32 pasos es lo increíble del hotel además que camastros y palapas de la playa el personal te los acomoda justo donde tú los quieras !!! Feliz. Volveré todos los años
