This is our third year staying at this hotel. It is not one of the fancy resorts on the beach, but it is clean, the AC in the rooms is super cold, the staff is great, and the area feels safe. It is also close to just about everything in Rocky Point. And did I mention there is a pizza place next door and an Oxxo across the street? What is an Oxxo you ask? Well, it is a very popular convenience type store in Mexico where you can get your morning coffee, your afternoon beer and ice, and your late night snacks. I will definitely keep going back to this hotel.

I liked everything but one thing I dint like was that they close the pool at 10 pm. It would be nice that they could close it a lot later.

The receptionist he was young guy with glasses, he tried to steal money from me. He said it was $30 deposit. I gave him $40 expecting $10 change back. He turns around and says it’s $40. And I said no you just told me it was $30 or 500 pesos. He said, “lady I’m going to charge you 10 more dollars because you came early” I’ll give you the 40 when you leave. When I was ready to leave, he gave me back 30. I I told him I gave him 40 and he said we keep $10. Nowhere on the app did it say it would be a deposit of $40 and they would keep 10 so I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said here’s your money now leave. Very disrespectful. I will never stay here again.

It was an awful experience. They charge me $40 dlls extra to have a 3rd child stay in the room. They charge the room on your credit/debit card but the desposit they demand cash. When you are going to check out, they tell the majority of the people that they will not give the deposit back because the towels are stained which is BS. We dont use hotel towels, we alays take our own and they still kept saying that they would not return the deposit because the towels were "stained" horrible experience with them. Will NEVER take my family there again.

The room did not have a refrigerator so you couldn’t keep any drinks cold. The location isn’t terrible it’s a bit of a walk to the beach. I was very mad because my girlfriend used their towel to take some of her makeup off and they said they needed to keep my deposit because the towel was “ruined”. Yeah ok like it wasn’t going to wash off in the washing machine. They took my entire $30 deposit for a ratty thin towel that probably costs $5 brand new. Such a scam.

The hotel was in a good area but we stayed 3 days 2 nights and they never went to clean our room or change our towels and at check out they charged me 500 pesos for a hand towel that was dirty. Bad service

The property was pretty nice and keep clean but the beds in our suite were super hard. We had a 4 day reservation but left after 2 days because of the uncomfortable bed. They were very understanding and did refund us 2 days of our stay. In addition to the beds the hot tub never got hot it was just warm. The second day they had it on all day but it did not get any warmer. The staff was very very nice and super helpful in every way. I gave them the ratings I did because the staff were very nice!
