Gran experiencia de servicio al cliente. Los felicito. Absolutamente todos los miembros del personal con los que traté fueron amables y siempre sonrientes. Si hay algún lugar al que regreses es a donde te trataron bien y este es uno de esos. Agradezco que aunque no tenía room service me ayudaron porque mi hija se enfermó y no podía bajar por algo de comer.
De los puntos a mejorar, el check in fue larguísimo y me hicieron hacer fila dos veces, más de 30 min cada vez.

Property needs some attention and updates. But the STAFF was great! Smiles and very courteous everywhere we visited. We also took advantage of the Explorer's Club (Kids Club) and the kids loved it. The girls there are super nice and very welcoming to our little ones. Gina, Nayeli Sandra and Diana need to get the recognition there. Great attitudes! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really close to the Malecón(Boardwalk) and airport. Would definitely come back. Hopefully by then, some updates/upgrades have been made. But the staff alone make up for that.

The variety of food was not the best, and hotel was not well equipped for heavy rain and flooding. However, the management of the hotel was great at helping with our request, for example we got a new room due to the air conditioning not working. Overall, it was not the best experience.

This hotel is in poor condition. The restaurant area, reception, and open bar are leaking everywhere. The only good thing about this place is its waiters. It's very expensive for the service they offer.

Aunque el personal fue amable y atento, las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear: están viejas, descuidadas y a todo necesita una remodelación completa. Todo el lugar se siente anticuado y falto de mantenimiento. En lo personal la habitación que me dieron tenía filtraciones del aire acondicionado, estaba sucio, tuve alergias por el polvo que estaba de meses en las cortinas, pedí que las cambiaran y no hicieron nada.
La relación calidad-precio simplemente no está justificada. Me fui con una sensación de haber desperdiciado mi dinero, y sinceramente, no me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Great resort with a lot of fun activities. The beach was clean. The staff is outstanding from the front desk to the servers and the cleaning staff. Everyone greets you entry time they see you. The 24hr cafe was fantastic. My main complaint was the food. It was not good at all. Breakfast lunch and dinner at the buffet were always lacking options and the options tasted awful. The only thing I really ate was the tacos at the Mexican restaurant other than that we had to keep leaving the resort to the mall next door to get food.
