Ottima posizione decentrata nella Medina ma molto facile da raggiungere. Lo staff molto disponibile, gentile ed educato ci ha illustrato in modo chiaro ed esaustivo tutta la Medina e i souk della zona. Abbiamo chiesto la guida per un tour della Medina e ci hanno messo a disposizione un ragazzo molto bravo che ci ha portato in giro per 4 ore. La camera era molto bella in classico stile marocchino con un bagno molto bello e tutto molto pulito. Nel pomeriggio ci hanno pure sistemato la camera con il cambio degli asciugamani. La colazione era abbondante ma solo stile marocchino. A fine soggiorno ci hanno regalato anche un souvenir di un piccolo oggetto marocchino. Struttura assolutamente consigliata per noi italiani che non siamo abituati allo stile di vita marocchino.

The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc.

Fabulous first visit to Marrakech. We stayed in the Road si Said and were met in the nearby parking area on arrival. The Road arranged our return airport transfers which was smooth and hassle free. Despite arriving early, our room was ready for us and whilst we enjoyed a truly delightful mint tea and Moroccan pastry platter as we checked in, our luggage was swiftly taken to our room. Throughout our stay, the staff could not have been better. They were attentive and friendly. The food was excellent - it was such a nice change to have the opportunity to try local specialties for breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice was out of this world! The location of our Riad was ideal - a stone’s throw from the chaos of the medina yet the Riad was a haven of peace and tranquility. Would thoroughly recommend!

This was an idyllic riad near much of the medina. The service was outstanding. They met us near the tombs where we were let off, and guided us through the side alleys personally. After making us feel welcome and settled with our very early check-in, they supplied us with a phone for navigation and to call the hotel if we needed something. Their environmental awareness is string too. Very little in the way of disposables. They supply safe filtered water and refill the soaps, etc. The courtyard is beautiful as was our room. Service was always with a smile.

Beautiful Riad experience. Very quiet and staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to all restaurants, shops and museums / attractions. Did not compromise on comfort, style and premium-ness for the sake of staying in a Riad in the Medina. Many great home goods and rug shops around the corner. Visit Mohammed just down the corridor of the Riad. He’s such a lovely man and very reasonable and fair pricing for rugs & ceramics. I will 1000% stay here again!

Angsana is definitely the BEST Riad in Marrakesh!! I highly recommend it. The staff go above and beyond from the second you get there and are so accommodating. The Riad itself is so beautiful we would spend all our nights on the terrace. I would come back here! We loved our stay

Beautiful Riad experience. Very quiet and staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to all restaurants, shops and museums / attractions. Did not compromise on comfort, style and premium-ness for the sake of staying in a Riad in the Medina. Many great home goods and rug shops around the corner. Visit Mohammed just down the corridor of the Riad. He’s such a lovely man and very reasonable and fair pricing for rugs & ceramics. I will 1000% stay here again!
