The room was acceptable and clean .The staff was friendly mattress was a little worn out bathroom door wasn't closing .I have to verify my payment with the bank what I was charged

We chose the wrong hotel! We thought we were staying at the crowne plaza near the airport

It was good for what we needed. Room was clean and location near the Metro was a plus.

Air conditioning was REALLY cold and I was unsure of how to operate it. Other than that things seemed pretty nice all around.

First time in Crown Plaza, Panama City. Room 1019, Suite Pro Location, very central Good Layout Spacious rooms. Friendly staff Con Old, lot of wear and tear.Hotel needs an renovation. -Our room could have been cleaner. -Elevator constantly. 1 elevator is not suffucient. -Friday and Saturday...lot of noise...from Hotel Panama Concert. We lived on floor 10 but still the volume was too hight to sleep. -Windows was jammed with screws, the whole floor so forget open an window. -Lot of seaman use the Hotel for one night stay...perfect customer for this Hotel.

The rooms were very nice and clean. I love the location and the amenities as well. The breakfast is my favorite thing about this place

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was great. I would say that the hotel would be well served to have a barista with some decent coffee.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is in good condition / well decorated / furnished. The room allocated was spacious, cleaned very day and very comfortable. The gym and pool area were very nice. Some additional sun loungers would be good as there were only 2 or 3. The gym was well equipped. The hotel provides washing and drying machines (need to buy your own detergent locally). Around the hotel there are plenty of eating and shopping options. If you are going further afield for example to the old city then you will need to get a taxi or Uber. These are incredibly cheap. It’ll cost about $3 for the ride. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfactory with hot and cold options available. There is a shop onsite selling drinks, snacks and gifts. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I would stay at the hotel again if returning to Panama City.

Nice hotel, but obviously older and in need of a refresh. Staff was nice and very attentive. I ate at the hotel for several meals, the service was excellent, food was meh.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, bastante céntrico y para ir por negocios lo considero como una muy buena opción. El servicio es bastante bueno y es un hotel bastante limpio. Entre las cosas a mejorar para el hotel están: en la mayoría de hoteles de la región dejan botellas de agua a diario en la habitación (aquí no), cuando pides algo de desayuno que no está en la barra buffet se tardan bastante y el hotel es algo antiguo (se nota por ejemplo en los elevadores).

Modern hotel with all the facilities. The breakfast area was small but good food offers. Very friendly, very easy.

Check-in was a breeze ...... maybe because the night clerk did not ask for my credit card that I used for reservation. I only showed him my ID and my fiancee Panamanian ID. I told the clerk that she would be arriving soon. That was about the total of our conversation. He gave me 2 electronic keys and told me my room number. He then said have a nice stay and good night. Well low and behold, I checked my debit card account and I was charged an additional $200 on a bogus higher rate! The time and stress to get this solved was not worth the stay at all. I have to give an atta boy to the restaurant staff that provided very good breakfasts and additionsl assistance at the drop of a hat to help 👍 Now, the two main reasons I would recommend this hotel are ..... 1.) The upper hallways are carpeted and the smell of musty old mold is present. Even portable unots in the hallways did not help! The carpets need to be ripped out immediately and replaced with tile. Even though our room had tile .... The stench permiated right into the rooms. 2.) The loud music being played out on the street rifled right through the building. This is not a place to relax .... but more suited for all the immigration officers being put up. So it is a little busy at breakfast due to colume of people. I witnessed several buses unloading many people. In fact, I had just checked in, and then a bus load of people came. There were so many that the entrance to the hotel was blocked. Had a hard time getting outside
