Waldorf Astoria Panama

Amazing breakfast the 1st day, ok breakfast the 2nd day. Concierge was amazing. Loved the hotel and it's smell. Absolutely recommend! Teenage kids loved it too!

Our room’s water heater was not working. We called and the technician came and said the water heater was not large enough. They hadn’t replace the water heater in our room. I don’t know why they put us in that room when the water heater wasn’t fully working. they said the rooms were sold out. The room was not vacuumed. They were peanuts on the carpet since we arrived. They were never picked up. We were in the hotel for six nights the gym. The carpet was super dusty and they were pieces of paper they weren’t picked up for days I complained about the gym that it’s not clean enough. They said it’s because it’s gonna be remodeled. This hotel should not be called at Waldorf Astoria. The people tried to be helpful, but nothing was done. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The rooms were great comfortable and clean the staff were amazing especially Jose and two other men that I just can’t remember the names one of which is a security guard they went above and beyond, the breakfast was good something different every day overall everything was great I enjoyed every moment

Our stay was everything one would expect from this hotel. The rooms were large, very clean and stocked with high end items. The sound proofing works very well. We had no idea of what anyone around us was doing. :-) The spa is a special place. There is a relaxation area to use prior to your treatment and you can relax in the pool after if you like. I recommend it. Everyone is friendly and does their best to make your time worry free. I would return and definitely recommend this location to family and colleagues.

We arrived before checkin and registered our passports and credit card with the front desk. When we returned later, they couldn't find my reservation. The lobby bathroom had 2 sinks; one was tilting and had a broken handle. The room was nice, but again more broken hardware in the bathroom. We had dinner at the restaurant. The service was good but my seafood stew was greasy and tasted slightly unpleasant. My friend's soup was fine. Overall, this place didn't seem to live up to the Waldorf standards.

The hotel was in a good central location. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the pool every evening. The pool water was very warm a d the hot tub hot. We had to ask a few staff for towels but other than that the experience was nice. We were a group of 4– 2 adults and two young kids— ages 7 & 3.

The service was excellent but the installations need a renovation, in my opinion.

The kitchen and dining staff were excellent for breakfast shout out to Mr. Will for making the special coffee in the morning. Room service was fantastic the food was very good you did have a limited menu but if you told them what you want they can pretty much take care of what you would like to have. Only negative was the pool looked a little green.

Upon arrival to the Waldorf, Edgar was right there to assist us with our luggage to the room. It was at that moment I knew the W.A. hospitality was about to be extraordinary.
