The room is sparse, service at the cafe is horrible - Example: sunny side up comes up hard. Asked for availaility of food for early tour - confirmed ok, but only coffee/tea, no food. Hotel is sub-par

Returning to a warm friendly hotel centrally located in el Nido close to main walk way and eateries friendly and helpful staff.

As fotos postadas no site hoteis.com não condizem com a realidade, por isso minha estadia foi péssima. Valor cobrado para uma diária muito elevado para o que o hotel oferece.

Hotel trés moyen. Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Le service n'est au rendez vous, wifi inexistant dans les chambres et petit dejeuner banals. L'hotel est idealement situé par contre les nuissances sonores peuvent perturbé le sommeil de certain(e)s. Le bac de douche est tellement petit qu'apres vous etre douché toutes la salle de bain est inondé. Au final tres deçu de mon sejour dans cet hotel.

Je suis un backpacker, normalement je dors dans des dortoirs ou des endroits à meilleur marché. J’ai pris cette chambre car j’étais malade et j’avais besoin d’une bonne nuit de sommeil. Lit confortable. Tout fonctionne bien. Belle salle de bain avec eau chaude. Par contre le prix demandé n’est pas justifié. Un bel établissement propre et confortable sans plus. Déjeuner très ordinaire autant dans le goût que dans les portions. Ils laissent les portes sur les étages ouvertent et comme les portes Des chambres ont un jeu dans le haut et le bas des portes ceci fait que les moustiques peuvent rentrer, sans être nombreux ils sont présents. L’air climatisé qui fonctionne très bien a aussi un jeu qui laisse entrer les moustiques. Le lit est confortable mais seul le couvre lit est là comme couverture, donc c’est ca ou rien. Internet ne fonctionne pas sur les étages tel que mentionné dans les info sur la chambre. Normalement je ne me plaindrai pas de ces choses là, mais dans un endroit qui charge 3400php pour une nuit; je m’attends à ce que les points négatifs que j’ai mentionné, sans être parfait, soit de qualité supérieure à un hostel qui coûte le quart du prix. Des options beaucoup moins cher sont disponibles en chambre privée à el nido.

Coral Reef has an old fashion safety box with the actual master key in the middle that can be opened without resetting the passcode. My friend’s wallet and mine were missing $100 each. The person was tempting to do it the next night by knocking on our door at 10pm saying ‘ room service’ while we didn’t order anything. I talked to the receptionist and she said she will conduct an investigation but it has been a week and no word from Coral Reef.

Boa localização, hotel confortável. Organizou vários passeios para nós, aparentemente pelo o menos valor q as agências praticam, atendimento muito bom

Staff were nice and helpful, conveniently located in el Nido town; walking distance to markets and water activities. Room was ok, located on the 5th floor, so it was a little difficult to walk up and down every day without an elevator. while carrying bags or other things...

Basic hotel, nothing special.

Never again I asked the receptionist to make sure no one goes in my room people still with in and out of my room I don’t like the fact I was on the fourth floor and it was no elevator so I had to walk up and down the stairs the communication was just not together

The service was excellent. All the staff, especially front desk and housekeeping, very courteous, excellent customer service

コンパクトなホテルです。立地条件も悪くありません。 難点はエレベーターが無いので上の階は荷物運びが大変です。朝食は普通ですが、それ以外はサンドウィッチしかないのが残念です。

Rooms are smelling like toilet. And, The water running out of the faucets are smelling horrible. It is not possible to bath orr brush teeth

Decent hotel in center of El Nido, close to everything. Pros: comfortable beds, aircon, safety box, buffet breakfast. Cons: 5th floor no elevator, no view from room, shower was leaking to the floor of bathroom.

The good: Comfortable beds the breakfast was pretty tasty, albeit a bit small selection-wise. The not-so-good: The room was kind of dark and had a bit of a smell that may have come from the water. The water definitely had a smell from time to time. At the time of our stay they were installing a fire alarm system, which is great for future guests, but being in the middle of the installation they had left a hole in the ceiling covered with just a piece of paper that had torn. We suspected that hole and an opening to the side of the wall-mounted air condition unit to let in some mosquitos.

The WiFi doesn’t work much in the room. I had ants in the room on the beds. You could get a nice coffee at the cafe but have to pay for real coffee.
