Great location near SM, and even better, its attached to Yashano mall with grocery store there to do your grocery shopping and not have to walk outside especially when its raining.

i like that it's right next to SM City Legazpi mall, only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel entrance... and if that's not close enough, guess what? Yashano Mall shares the same building as the hotel, and the hotel lobby has a door that directly enters the mall and supermarket

This was our second stay here. People are great but they can only do so much. After our first stay we stayed elsewhere due to cleanliness issues we noticed bugs around the buffet area. This stay was short notice and our preferred location was full. This stay we checked in and went to the room, the room spray deodorant was so strong we had to change rooms. The next room was no better we asked for a fan just to move the air and was able to open a window. As the night went on we noticed bugs in the room. Small roaches like we saw at the buffet last visit. The carpet is old and worn with stains. If this is your only choice as it was for us. The place is just okay doesn’t live up to the reviews.

The room had older carpet. The windows needed cleaning. I sent an email 2 days before arriving requesting the shuttle. The hotel never responded and there was no shuttle at the airport.

Apart from the door which doesn’t automatically shut when it’s supposed to be self-closing, I cannot really fault this hotel. Convenient location, great staff, good breakfast spread, spacious and clean room, and shopping malls abound in the area - which you need to cool off.

Overall a good stay, very convenient to shopping and the bus terminal. Only real complaint was the lack of consistent hot water when bathing. Breakfast was noticeably better on the weekend than on the weekday that we were there; it was very good on the weekend.
