// Resort does not accept check payments.

Re-scheduling is allowed provided that a notification was sent at least 2 weeks prior to booked date.
Re-scheduling is also allowed in cases of typhoons or boat cancellation.
Re-scheduling must be within 2 months and subject to availability and possible rate change.
// Resort accepts CASH (we accept Philippine Peso, US Dollar (New 100 and 50 bills, Euro)
and Credit Card / Physical Card Swipe (we accept Mastercard, Visa) *there’s additional 5% (bank charge) on top of bill for every card transaction.

// International Credit and Debit cards are not always accepted in Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Puerto Galera. It’s better to bring or be ready with cash.

// We can only allow 1 extra person maximum (regardless of age; adults/kid/baby) in all rooms:
(5 year-old and above: USD 30.00 additional charge per night, floor mattress will be provided)
(Below 5yo: Free of charge, bed-share)

// Resort is EXCLUSIVELY for in-house guests. The bar, restaurant, facilities cannot accommodate / cater to non-guests / visitors.

// Late check out: Official check out is 12 noon. Late check out with charge. Will be charged half of the total room bill: 12:01 - 3:00 pm / Total Room Bill 3:01 pm onwards. (Subject to room availability and booking - this is subject to process, kindly check with resort reception if late check out is possible)

// No food and drinks are allowed to be brought into the resort; cooking is not allowed. With the exception of Villa guests. They have their own kitchen and can prepare their own food.
Resort has its own restaurant and bar operating everyday. Opens at 7am, Closes at 9pm. No Room Service.
Other restaurants and bar are located nearby (Whitebeach, Town Proper, Sabang)

// Mineral/Filtered Bottled water can be bought in the bar/restaurant.
2 complimentary bottles of water are provided in every room.

// Washing of clothes - prohibited. Resort has its laundry service (outsource) at reasonable rate - charging by the kilo.
But please be noted that we send this to our outside contact, we have no responsibility for any damage or loss.

// Swimming Pool is open from 8 am - 8 pm. Proper swimming attire must be worn when going inside the pool. Swimming shorts/trunks for men. Bathing suite for ladies.

// Please do not run around the pool area. Any accidents or mishaps is not the resort's responsibility.

// No pets / animals allowed.

// Fire arms / Weapons / Illegal Drugs : Strictly prohibited.

// Any damage made by guests to the hotels facilities / property is chargeable to the guests.


// Hotel has the right to refuse admission to any guests / incoming guests or even expel current guests causing mayhem/discomfort to the hotel/staff/other guests.

*Check out time is at 12:00 noon. Room must be vacated for general clean up. You can still lounge around the resort and use our facilities while waiting for your departure on that day.
