Hotel Paradis Cluj Napoca

Bon hôtel, pas cher à environ 2km du centre ville de Cluj. La chambre est grande pour une utilisation simple. Le SPA est composé d'une petite piscine, un jacuzzi avec l'eau tempérée et un petit sauna.

decent hotel with good location for us but no water or glass in the room on both nights I stayed there . No tea and coffee in the room either

SPA EITHER NOT FUNCTIONAL OR 'NOT INCLUDED'. EITHER WAY A CON. I booked this hotel on the basis of its advertised spa facilities. When I went down to use them I was informed they were 'out of service' - no indication had been given prior to my arrival or even at check-in. I asked about the possibility of a partial refund on the basis that I had spent significantly more on Paradis for the pool and sauna than I would have for other accommodation. I was told by two different receptionists that they were following up with the manager. As I left, I was told by the receptionist 'I've spoken to the manager, they are initiating your refund'. A week later, with no sign of any refund, I sent a follow-up email. They informed me that 'my booking did not include spa access and so they would not be refunding any money'. I invite you to look at their page on Expedia closely, and see whether there is any indication that the spa is a separate fee. Instead, the page absolutely invites the assumption that the spa is included (not least because Paradis costs a degree more than other just-room accommodation of a similar standard). I would submit that their advertising is deceptive and their receptionists polite only in-so-far as it gets you out of the door. Even if the spa had been operational, the location of the hotel really is out in the (questionable) suburbs with a 30 minute walk into town. And breakfast, whilst extensive, was variable in quality and by the last day I only had coffee.

Worse hotel i ever stayed. No SPA , parking is disaster, not friendly staff. I would not recommend this hotel !!!

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Schönes Hotel ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums. Empfehlenswert!

I booked this hotel last minute after being let down by another hotel in total had 10 rooms, staff couldn't fo enough to help, rooms more than adequate for our needs and all cleaned. Very pleased

Leuke accommodatie om een weekend door te brengen, nette kamer die elke dag weer netjes wordt schoongemaakt.

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly professional staff. Furnishings could be modernized. Pillows could be more comfortable. Window curtains did not cover the entire window, letting in a lot of light. Soundproofing windows and walls could be better.

The air conditioner did not work so we used the window to cool the air inside the room. Unfortunately there are no screens on the window so we got a few mosquito bites. Also the elevator did not work properly. The doors closed on me while I was entering the elevator. Got squized by the doors ending up with a bump above my left eye. Apparently this problem is known to the staff.

The walls are paper thin, we heard the guy next door snoring all night and cough it sounded like he was in the room with us! Then there’s the banging and slamming all hours. We did not sleep, left feeling exhausted after 2 nights. Felt a bit unwelcome to use the spa, it was all switched off and they made excuses. Could not book a massage, again more excuse that there was nobody to do it. Asked for late check out was told no, felt strange atmosphere the whole time like they didn’t really want us there! Lovely cafe opposite called Cronos cafe for coffee, they are friendly there.

-No paper in the toilet -towels smelling bad -chairs dirty in the room -no air conditioning,only hot air, even windows can not assure fresh air (no protection against insects) -toilet door blocked on the floor

Camera pulita e silenziosa, servizi e accessori nella media (era stata preparata per una solo ospite invece di 2, manacava il bollitore e la crema per il corpo che riterrei d'obligo per un un hotel 4 stelle). Bella la spa; molto apprezzata l'apertura della stessa fino alle 24.

Das Hotel ist an sich in Ordnung, allerdings scheint sich das Management nicht sehr um den Zustand zu kümmern. Angefangen bei fehlenden Abdeckung (Heizung, Schränke etc) über fehlende / defekte Lampen bis hin zu komplett falsch herum angebauten Duschabtrennungen. Dazu kommt, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert (mehrere Gäste hatten dies beim auschecken bemängelt) und sich das Fenster nur minimal öffnen lässt. So etwas muss man doch sehen und beheben. Das Frühstück war okay.

Excellent location in-between easy access from the airport and to the Old Town area where most of my business is. First time in a single person room, so smaller bed but fine and comfortable and very clean on arrival, kettle provided as requested. Dinner menu inexpensive, and breakfast eat as much as you can if you want to.Swimming pool, jacussi and sauna very relaxing at the end of the day!!!
