Room was huge, though no air conditioner in the room , it’s still cozy with fan and window-opened, pretty nice! Staff at counter were passionate and really helped a lot. A little something has to be mentioned probably will Be that toilet seat was actually not match the toilet, just a little bit uncomfortable but not being a problem! Anyway, still a total 5 stars .

Pleasant, welcoming and fit for purpose. Condition of communal area tatty and bathroom could be cleaner. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location and great to have Sainsburys and bus stop near by. Superb for park and Arthur's seat, access to Royal Mile and train station. All in all - I would stay again. Price reflects accomodation and clearly states it is not a hotel. I enjoyed my stay in Edinburgh.

The room wasn’t very clean. Stains on drawers and dust round arms of chair and smudge marks in bathroom. We got a good price though so didn’t wish to complain. Didn’t realise we had a room in a flat. I must have miss read how it worked. Interesting set up.

The rooms are unbearably hot, even when the outside temperature is cool. they have fans at the front desk but availability is limited and even with them it is horribly uncomfortable to sleep.

This was what we were expecting, sparse but affordable accommodations during the fringe festival. It was a 20-25 minute walk to festival venues (or a 10 minute bus ride). Tight for two people, but was clean and staff were friendly. There's a friendly pub (The Regent) a few minutes away, that we used for common space as the rooms are so small. We had a lovely view of Arthur's Seat.

Good location, was a 20 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle, Arthur’s Seat hike and Princes Street. The private bathroom was good and the staff were nice as well. The only thing of note was that the bed was quite uncomfortable, so just something to keep in mind if you’re a bad sleeper.

Flott beliggenhet og meget hyggelig service. Kort vei til buss og dagligvare, ca 17 min gange inn til sentrum. Rommet var helt greit med flott bad. Ulempen var at sengen ikke var mer enn 120 cm bred, noe som ble litt i det minste laget for 2 voksne, en del støv under sengen + vi var uheldige å fikk rom ut mot jernbanen hvor det suste 4+ tog i timen stort sett hele døgnet. På pluss siden så var det stort kjøkken og oppholdsrom som var tilgjengelig.

Property was fine as a place to rest your head. Room was clean when I arrived and staff made sure we were comfortable with towels, toiletries etc. It was only a short walk to the old town which was very convenient as were there during Fringe and for Oasis.
