Transporte público y bares muy cerca. no dispone de ascensor,la escalera es incómoda para cargar con equipaje dos pisos. La recepción poco atendida. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias y suaves,pero mi colchón con un muelle que se clavaba toda la noche.La llave de la hab. era la misma que la de la puerta de entrada,lo que no nos daba seguridad porque supuestamente todos teníamos la misma llave. Sin embargo tengo que decir que el sitio era silencioso,cálido y de acorde a su precio.

The room was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the setup matched the listing perfectly. The location was also a big plus, with just a short walk to a great selection of shops and restaurants, making it really convenient to get around and grab anything I needed. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Excellent location. It's a family run business and they were very friendly and supportive.

Lovely stay in a nice clean room, 2 minutes away from Leith Walk and trams and buses into town if so desired. Bed was very comfortable and room could easily sleep 2 or 3 as there was a single bed as well. Well worth the stay and great value for money.

Good hotel

The establishment was excellent value for money. The room and communal areas were spotless. I had a newly refurbished bathroom with a great shower. My bedroom was small, but it had everything that I needed.

The room was frozen, dirty and extremely worn/outdated we left and went back to Glasgow at 3am

Man merkt, dass das oberste Ziel das drücken des Preises ist. Und eine undurchsichtige Kautionssituation Heizung läuft nur von 6 Uhr bis 6Uhr. Grundsätzlich ist es kein Problem wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist, gut wäre wenn die Fenster dicht wären, sodass die wärme auch etwas bleibt. Gegen 9 Uhr Morgens merkt man wie das Zimmer eisig wird. Das Internet hat mich an meine Heimat erinnert. Es funktioniert nicht. Ausstattung von Fernseher, Wasserkocher und Gemeinschaftsmikrowelle ist i.o.. der Föhn ist etwas eigen, da er ein Überhitzungsschutz hat, dieser aber binnen 2 Minuten angeht. Sauber waren die Zimmer auch auch wenn es nach den Zuständen der Zimmer nicht so wirkt. Zimmer und Betten sind sehr alt. Es fehlen teilweise Tapetenteile an den Wänden und die Wände haben Löcher sodass man bei deinem Nebenzimmer reinschauen kann. Die härten der Matratzen sind sehr unterschiedlich von sehr weich bis sehr hart hat man alles. Neben der Wärmeisolierung fehlt auch eine Schallisolierung. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt am Eingang. Dementsprechend hat man jeden einzelnen gehört der reinkam bzw eingecheckt ist. Dadurch dass wir jeden Check in mitbekommen haben ist uns aufgefallen, dass bei einigen Gesten eine Kaution verlangt wurde und bei anderen nicht. Woran das festgemacht wird konnten wir nicht heraus finden. Wir selbst mussten keine leisten.

Staff have the worst customer service ever. They tried charge me a deposit of £100 when i arrived and there was no notice of this during the booking process felt like they were trying to scam me. The hotel entrance was smelly and dirty. Staff took 10 mins to open the door as he was asleep at reception. Told me to get lost and find another hotel if i didn't want to pay the £100 deposit in cash. Don't stay here avoid at all costs

Clean rooms, linen/ towels changed daily. Pleasant staff and easy check-in.

Friendly helpful staff. Basic room but did not expect the Ritz. SUPER convenient to tram AND to the river walk into downtown which was highlight.
