Das Hotel ist Empfelenswert,Zlmmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und mann hatte eine gute Aussicht,zur MRT war es nicht weit ,dass Frühstück war sehr gut.Wir hatten am dritten Tag nach dem 3 Busse Anreisten weis nicht was für eine Nationalität abends viel Krach aber wir konnten das mit der Rezeption gut abklären so das dann Ruhe war .

Saya telah menginap di Grand Copthorne sejak 2017 untuk perjalanan perniagaan saya. Ia adalah hotel yang hebat dengan harga yang berpatutan, dan bahagian yang terbaik ialah lokasinya—tepat di tepi Sungai Singapura, dengan banyak tempat yang menarik untuk melepak tepat di belakang hotel.

Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik. Kami dapat mendaftar masuk awal dan daftar keluar lewat. Lokasinya bagus. Berjalan kaki ke stesen MRT Havelock (Thomson-East Coast Line) dan stesen Bas. Banyak Restoran di belakang hotel, juga boleh berjalan kaki ke kawasan Clarke Quay (sekitar 2km). Makanannya sangat lazat dengan banyak pilihan! Sangat mengesyorkan untuk menambah sarapan dalam tempahan anda!

今回はホテルの問題ではありませんが、向かいの部屋のゲストが尋常じゃないくらいうるさかったです。 家族で2部屋を予約しているようで頻繁に部屋間を行ったり来たりしてドアの開閉音がずっとしているし、親と子供の声が驚く程大きく部屋にいても会話が丸聞こえでした。(英語)夜も寝れない程でした。部屋のチェンジをお願いしようと思いましたがまたパッキングするのが面倒でやめました。私は4泊しましたが、2泊目にはいなくなっていたのでその後は安心して寝れました。防音レベルが低いのは知っていましたが、今回は最悪なゲストに当たってしまいました。

I had an amazing stay. The hotel was extremely generous, throwing in breakfast and a late check out for free. The room was lovely - in great condition, spacious, and clean. The wider hotel was also in great condition and nicely designed/fitted out. Breakfast was great, as was the gym. Would definitely stay again.

Check-in took ages with this particular young lady with glasses. She took about 30 minutes to process check-in for one family. You should know that many people would be checking in around 3 pm, you should increase more staff dealing with the customers at the reception.

This hotel was wonderful. I was so grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade for our 3nt stay, check-in was fast and very efficient. The gentleman who welcomed us (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) after checking us in, he checked in with us in the lobby to make sure we were happy with our room. That personal touch was really nice. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and luxurious. The Christian Lacroix toiletries were an indulgent touch that added to the overall quality of the hotel room. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible view of the city, day and night. From our windows we could see iconic landmarks including Tower 1 of Marina Bay Sands, the Singapore Flyer, and the ArtScience Museum, a skyline that that I will never get over! The location was spot on for us, walking distance to the river, which was a fantastic recommendation from the staff and a perfect way to explore the area. Also only few minutes walk to the nearest MRT, which is fast and cheap way to travel around the city. Each morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, a good variety of food and drinks from all sides of the world. We also took advantage of the swimming pool, always quiet and relaxing. We also had great fun playing pade which was a first for us. Hotel was clean. Check in was very slow. I had two bookings and they upgraded one room which put us on different floors. This was not helpful as we were not close to each other. We could not get to different floors. Not an upgrade as the rooms were the same and being on different floors just caused an inconvenience.

Check-in took ages with this particular young lady with glasses. She took about 30 minutes to process check-in for one family. You should know that many people would be checking in around 3 pm, you should increase more staff dealing with the customers at the reception.

This hotel was wonderful. I was so grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade for our 3nt stay, check-in was fast and very efficient. The gentleman who welcomed us (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) after checking us in, he checked in with us in the lobby to make sure we were happy with our room. That personal touch was really nice. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and luxurious. The Christian Lacroix toiletries were an indulgent touch that added to the overall quality of the hotel room. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible view of the city, day and night. From our windows we could see iconic landmarks including Tower 1 of Marina Bay Sands, the Singapore Flyer, and the ArtScience Museum, a skyline that that I will never get over! The location was spot on for us, walking distance to the river, which was a fantastic recommendation from the staff and a perfect way to explore the area. Also only few minutes walk to the nearest MRT, which is fast and cheap way to travel around the city. Each morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, a good variety of food and drinks from all sides of the world. We also took advantage of the swimming pool, always quiet and relaxing. We also had great fun playing pade which was a first for us. Hotel was clean. Check in was very slow. I had two bookings and they upgraded one room which put us on different floors. This was not helpful as we were not close to each other. We could not get to different floors. Not an upgrade as the rooms were the same and being on different floors just caused an inconvenience.
