Very good location and nice staff.

We stayed here for one night after making a mistake with our flights. We preferred this area a lot more than Insadong, it was not a late night kind of area with lots of folks partying which was a lot more suitable. Some of the hotel aesthetically was outdated and needed repairs but overall did not bug us too much (stains on walls, rips in headboard etc). Staff were very friendly and spoke decent English. It's walking distance to the Subway, outlet mall and nearby fish market. I would recommend staying here for international visitors.

We are a family of 3 and we stayed 1 night at Acube. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and a short walk to DDP and the malls around there. There was a local market nearby as well but we didn’t have time to check it out. Our room was comfortably for 2 adults and a toddler. We had access to the tent but unfortunately, didn’t have time to use it. The best thing about our stay was Mr Hong, he went out of his way to help us in every way possible. We really appreciated his kind and generous hospitality!

I like that they have the lockers for rent.

チェックインの仕方難しくできず、電話をかけないといけなかった。ある程度の清潔感あり ティッシュが洗面にしかない。 ランドリールームが有料で使えて便利(洗剤は有料で必要)ただ、1台のみで3ケースほど洗濯をやっている人がいて全然終わらなかった。。。 冷蔵庫の扉が壊れていたがすぐに対応してくれたり、スリッパ交換されなかったのでお願いしたらしてくれた。

The location was good close enough to the DDP (walking distance) and subway station but honestly this was our least favorite hotel we stayed while we were traveling around Korea. While the room was spacious enough the condition wasn't the best (stains/scratches on the walls, loose chair armrest, etc.) and we all found the bathtub was strangely way too high so getting out especially was difficult even unsafe. I would personally would not stay here again nor recommend to others unless you just need a cheap place to stay.

交通の便はとても便利でした。部屋も広く、値段もリーズナブルでフロントの方もとても親切でした。ただ、部屋の掃除で髪の毛やつけまつ毛(自分は使ってません)が一度出たことがありましたので少し不快でした。

The facility was clean overall. The location was convenient and good. There was a male staff member in his 30s who was very kind and helpful. I would like to stay at the same hotel again if I come to Seoul.

Acube is located in walking distance of the Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a very impressive modern architectural site, and is also close to some popular food markets and within a 20 or 30 minute walk to some of the pavilions. The building is a little dated but the rooms are clean and beds and linens are good and the staff is helpful. The entry instructions say to enter your confirmation on the screen out front but it didn’t work with my Expedia confirmation. No problem the person at the front desk looked after us.

牆身和地氈都不清潔，地氈超級污糟，房間燈光比較暗，另外浴室大約15分鐘就熄燈很嚇人，感覺不太好！整體感覺就是不清潔，不會再入住！

It was conveniently located near Dongdaemun.

Very dated facility, stained carpet and shower curtains (these are very noticeable stains, too - about 12cm diameter or larger), cracked walls and other signs of disrepair. Not many places to hang towels to dry in the bathroom (but they were replaced daily so this wasn’t much of a problem). Still, staff was very friendly and attentive, customer service was great, and bottled water was provided for free daily and upon request. The hotel is located near convenience stores and a bus stop and we did not have any problems getting around without a car. Bed was very comfortable.
