The front desks were very helpful and speak very good English, that makes easy to communicate. However, the room is old and moldy, very bad smell.

洗濯機と乾燥機があるのが良かった。

リピート利用でした。 今回も快適に過ごせました。 また次回も利用します。

大きな冷蔵庫があり、ペットボトルのビールが収納できてうれしかった。冷凍庫の効きも良く、フローズンバナナ牛乳して美味しかった。 広蔵市場にも、バス一本で行けて良かった。 私の部屋に洗濯機がなく、コインランドリーが一台のみだったので、夜は順番待ちになっていた。 次回は、南山ビューの方に宿泊してみたい。

好幾年前有住過4晚，覺得地點和房間都很好，所以這趟旅程住了8晚，遇到的櫃檯和清潔人員都很nice，下次再去首爾會再選擇這間~~

I'm really happy with our stay here. The room is clean and well equipped for people who want to stay for long. Aside from the basics, it has a full kitchen with glass stove, pot and pans, tableware for two and dishsoap, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dining table with four chairs, air purifier. It has washer and drying rack. The place is quiet and secure. It's almost next door to Namsangol Nanok Village and short bus ride to N Seoul Tower. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even came help with tv menu past mid-night. The daily cleaning service is great. The hotel's large backdoor three levels below the front door is an easy access to the main street and public transit. It's saves us from having to hike up the mountain. I only wish that the card access for this door is all day instead of only after 23:30.

Loved the location of this place. Myengdong Station exit 9 was about 7 mins away making tour meeting point very easy to access and you can immerse

這次家庭旅遊選擇離明洞一站的距離位子，我覺得很棒，入住前已經做好功課的我們。大致上入住時沒什麼太大問題。酒店式公寓比較老舊但也不致於很舊那種，使用廚房餐具廚具退房後要清潔放回、每個區域都有獨立式冷氣、有洗衣機、大廳那邊有自助紅葉喜宴

We stayed for two weeks in a family room at Oriens Hotel & Residence in June and had an overall pleasant experience. We traveled as a family with a small child, so the spacious room with a kitchen was very convenient. The staff was really kind and helpful. We received a 500ml water bottle per person daily, clean large towels, and regular trash removal. The bathroom had strong water pressure and hot water, and the room had a washer-dryer combo (clothes weren’t fully dry but dried quickly on the provided drying rack). The kitchen was equipped with cookware, utensils, a sponge, dish soap, and a large fridge with freezer. Although the air conditioner looked old, it cooled the room fast (a bit too much for overnight use), and there were also two fans. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has smoking areas at both entrances. However, the bathroom clearly needs renovation—the cabinet was water-damaged and dirty. The kitchen cupboards could’ve been cleaner, and one bed’s headboard had a large stain. Despite mosquito nets, some mosquitoes still got in, which was uncomfortable at night. The hotel is easiest to access from Chungmuro Station or via airport limousine bus (G3 Hotel/Namsan Hanok Village stop). Despite minor flaws, we recommend this hotel for families looking for a central and well-equipped place to stay in Seoul.

Can cook noodles in the share kitchen and have a big fridge in the room. Room is spacious, can open two large luggages at the same time.

If traveling with big parties, this is a great place to stay!

Close to convenience stores and less than 10 minutes from myeongdong street

今回で３回目の利用です。いつも快適に過ごせます。

A cosy place like my home. Everyone who works is kind and transportation are the best. It's a place I want to go again.

Increíble que no tengan aire acondicionado

This hotel was walking distance to train station, airport limo stop, myeong dong area. Cleaning staff were very nice, didn't really have much to do with front staff as we took the exit on level 1 past the restaurant which avoided the front hill. Room was well sized and had a full size fridge and washing machine which was useful since I stayed a week. As the room didn't have aircon, we had the fan running whenever in the room. Communal kitchen was good with water filter and bins to separate the rubbish as opposed to having it in the room.

値段が安いので価格相当かなぁという感じ。 タクシーではぐるっと回らないとアクセスができないのと、最初に案内されたお部屋はたばこの匂いが臭すぎて変更をしてもらいました。施設もかなり古さが目立ちます。お部屋は広くてのんびりできるところはよいと思いますがリピートはないです。
