Bob W Madrid Chueca

Sofremos um pouco pela falta de aquecimento no quarto mas no geral super indico para uma hospedagem prática, bem localizada e com conforto.

The base of the bed was stained and dirty-looking. Also the location in a random building is quite different than other Bob W stays I've done previously.

It was really nice and cosy. The only thing was that the bathroom smelled a bit weird, but it was bearable and everything else was fine. It was very safe and at a very centric spot in town.

Cama muito confortável. Quarto espaçoso e cozinha compartilhada. Sentimos falta de uma pia na cozinha com torneira. No geral, ótimas comodidades e excelente localização. Há duas máquinas de lavar roupas disponíveis para os hóspedes utilizarem. A Lola foi muito atenciosa e simpática ao nos receber e durante a estadia.

Everything was excellent, clean and spacious room. Great area very well located. Only cons - A/C was on winter mode and does not works. The room feels warm or hot and we have to open the windows which let enter the noise. A recommendation is to let the mode of the A/C as each guests wanted to. If they wanted cold, let then select they're own temperature that feels comfortable to them.

The location was really great. There’s no reception or staff on site, but you can chat with their AI assistant 24/7. Check in was easy and I had no problems at all with communication. However there is a lot of noise from other rooms and from the street/square outside, and windows are not isolated from neither noise nor cold. I visited in November and it was very cold in the room especially at night, and you can’t turn the heating up because it’s regulated by the apartment building it’s part of. The rooms also have concrete floors so just not very cosy or nice to hang out there. Kitchen was good except for there not being a sink in the kitchen so you have to wash your dishes etc. in the bathroom, which seemed a little strange but manageable.

Was a bit nervous about not having a reception desk, but realized this was not an issue, it was a seamless process. And the Hotel was quick to respond via WhatsApp. The kitchen was lovely and they provided the needed plates, utensils, and pots, which really was a great substitute from all our eating out in Europe. Probably the easiest place to live, and it helped that it was located in the centre of a lively area, always a pleasure to walk out.

Room was great and was in a really good location.

Habitación amplia muy bien situada, a 5 minutos de la Gran Vía. Baño en perfecto estado y toallas mullidas.

Brilliant location. Quite noisy but we chose a room on the street side. Decent room. Facilities good.

Camera pulita, dimensioni appena sufficienti, pareti molto sottili, suoni e rumori condivisi con le altre camere.

Siempre es una buena opción alojarse aquí. Bien situado. Céntrico. Buenas opciones de compras y restauración.

Excellent for our first trip to Madrid.
