Colectia Stays Atocha

La habitacion era muy comoda para lo que buscabamos. Era pequeña, pero nl necesitabamos mas. Estaba en una excelente ubicacion y pudimos movernos sin problema.

Excelente el lugar, lindo y sobretodo tranquilo y muy limpio.

Precio - beneficio es muy bueno, es un edificio viejo, los cuartos son pequeños pero bonitos.

プラドやティッセン、ソフィアなどの美術館とアトーチャ駅がすぐ徒歩圏内なので、非常に便利！！部屋は狭くて暗め>_<

Great hotel and area. The staff were very responsive and thoughtful. Room was small but beautiful, functional and shockingly quiet. Highly recommend Scarlet for breakfast, just around the corner!

En general todo muy bien… el Único detalle fue que la segunda vez que llegamos, no había papel del Baño y no había forma de comunicarse.. solo de 9:30 a 5 pm…

Very confortable and clean

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé, tout est accessible à pied, les musées, le parc, la gare ! C’est plutôt un appartement hôtel qu’un vrai hôtel, vous devez vous enregistrer vous même, mais la chambre est propre, petite mais bien agancée, avec un mini frigo donc pratique ! Seul défaut les murs ne sont pas très insonorisé donc on entend le passage des gens et le personnel de l’accueil. Bon point vous avez des casiers si vous voulez y laisser vos valises en attendant votre depart.

Sadly I don't think we will stay at this property again solely because the room had no ventilation and as a result we couldn't use the air conditioning. When we arrived the rug under the air con was sopping wet, and during the night so much water dripped onto the sofa bed from the unit that it soaked through the duvet and woke us up. We asked for this to be fixed but were told that it was 'just condensation'. While this might have been true, it was an excessive amount of water so we could not use the aircon on the second night. This led to our room smelling musty and made it difficult to sleep on the second night even though the weather was relatively cool. On the plus side, these suites are in a great location close to Atocha train station and the museum quarter. There are loads of great places to eat and drink nearby and the area felt safe. The rooms are attractively decorated and well equipped, with free tea and coffee and a fridge. The staff are friendly. They have convenient lockers for luggage storage, thought this would have been better if it had been available before check in as well as after check out. In summary, then, we would have liked to come again, but because we always visit Madrid in summer I don't think we could take the risk of faulty air con again. In a city as hot as Madrid in August, a well ventilated room with working air con was really non-negotiable for us.

Chambre propre près de la gare. L’édifice aurait besoin de rénovation. Tous les accès se font avec des codes.

Habitación de buen tamaño. Lugar ideal para llegar a Madrid y disfrutar del centro

Everything about our stay at Uma Suites Atocha was excellent. The accommodation was fresh and clean located in a convenient part of the city, 10 mins away from the train station, restaurants, cafes and souvenirs shops, and 15 mins from the main square! Perfect!

Hotel integrado dentro de un edificio de viviendas. Habitación muy cómoda y limpia, con una decoración muy agradable. Muy buena ubicación. Personal muy amable en la recepción ( en la tercera planta del edifico). Lo único que al no cambiar las toallas no recomiendo una estancia superior a dos noches.

It was clean, well located, easy check in

Great hostel in a great location; the room was a little small, but it was good enough for our stay.

Never did a non attendant before and was afraid it would be terrible BUT IT WAS GREAT!
