It was okay. For the price I think they should provide a towel and a lock or at least have free locker storage, but you had to pay for everything. I also didn’t like the storage under the beds, you have to get on your hands and knees every time and it took up way too much space. Cleanliness was okay, but they never clean in between. Kinda depends on your roommates. I also wish the bar was open more? But the location was great. Vibe was okay

I have stayed in many Generators (7 to be precise) and this is the worst of them all due to the nonchalant ways of most staffs. I had no power through my bed (unable to use the light or charge my phone) and on my way out (early morning) made them aware of it. Come to find out request was submitted to maintenance at 6pm when they close at 5pm. No empathy displayed- they made me feel like I was a non paying customer 😏. From the security guy to front desk personnel they were very unbothered unconcerned

Looks fun, great lobby, bar and breakfast area. Very social and active but i was too busy to enjoy. The downside is the building. Elevator light went out while riding, personal locker slammed closed on my hand and head. Front desk had no bandage for my bleeding. Pillow case was dirty. Some staff a little too "friendly" with women.

The place is in desperate need of renovations, they don’t really do any good or deep cleaning. The showers are covered in mold and tiny (if you’re a gal forget trying to shave your legs or bend down to scrub them). Our sink didn’t have any hand detergent all weekend long, no toilet paper multiple times (thank god I was out most of the day). Also there’s only two washer and two dryers; one dryer was broken throughout my stay(the piles of wet laundry were everywhere in laundry room). I had asked to borrow they’re iron (they have a sign stating to ask reception for it) but they refused to let me use it (knowing that there was only one working dryer and that I was simply trying to get my clothes somewhat dry), they insisted on a 20€ deposit CASH, which I didn’t have nor could I take out due to my physical bank card situation. So I had to wait until a dryer became available and the dryer didn’t even work, leaving my clothes still wet. I left with a luggage full of wet clothes…. Also when if I’m paying for early check in my bed should be available, my bed was not available despite early check in fee charge and even when I got to go to my room they were still cleaning it so I had to stand awkwardly by door way, it was check in time by the time I was able to actually settle in to my bed. The only person I will say was great and friendly was Guido, he did the sangria masterclass, he’s awesome!

Foi bom, perto do metro e lojas próximas como mercado e farmácia. O quarto é grande. Faltou limpeza, pediram para avisar quando seria necessário limpar, mesmo assim não foram. Havia um barulho da porta do banheiro do corredor, ficava batendo o tempo inteiro. Além do barulho de outros hóspedes durante a noite

I had asked to borrow they’re iron (they have a sign stating to ask reception for it) but they refused to let me use it (knowing that there was only one working dryer and that I was simply trying to get my clothes somewhat dry), they insisted on a 20€ deposit CASH, which I didn’t have nor could I take out due to my physical bank card situation. So I had to wait until a dryer became available and the dryer didn’t even work, leaving my clothes still wet. I left with a luggage full of wet clothes…. Also when if I’m paying for early check in my bed should be available, my bed was not available despite early check in fee charge and even when I got to go to my room they were still cleaning it so I had to stand awkwardly by door way, it was check in time by the time I was able to actually settle in to my bed. The only person I will say was great and friendly was Guido, he did the sangria masterclass, he’s awesome!

Bad experience, staff rude, beds on shared room no privacy no curtains, small toilets, dirty shower, no light on the bed, no early check in option, check out is too early and for the price I hoped something at least acceptable, but it was not at all.

Foi bom, perto do metro e lojas próximas como mercado e farmácia. O quarto é grande. Faltou limpeza, pediram para avisar quando seria necessário limpar, mesmo assim não foram. Havia um barulho da porta do banheiro do corredor, ficava batendo o tempo inteiro. Além do barulho de outros hóspedes durante a noite
