O hotel é lindo. Chegamos a noite, e o local impressiona. A atendente do check in não foi muito simpática, mas acho que é o jeito de ser dos espanhóis, me disse que não falava minha língua, não perguntou se eu falava inglês. Eu disse a ela que tínhamos que dar um jeito, porque eu precisava fazer o check in. Com relação ao quarto, tinha um bom tamanho, cama de casal pequena e não tinha uma cafeteira, algo rotineiro em hotéis na Europa. Era bastante limpo, mas teve algo que me desagradou bastante, a parede para o banheiro era de vidro, então vc não tinha nenhuma privacidade para usar o sanitário ou o chuveiro. Foram atenciosos em guardar nossa bagagem após o checkout, até o final da tarde quando embarcaríamos no trem e também fizeram a gentileza de chamar um táxi. Achamos a localização excelente.

El desayuno contaba con muy pocas opciones y poca cantidad de cada producto. Todavía peor ha sido tener que esperar a que apareciera alguien para pedir que repusieran algo tan básico como pan, aceite, jamón, agua, vasos, etc. He estado varios días y esto ha sido recurrente todos los días. Otra cosa es que solo dan para utilizar un solo plato, no hay posibilidad de coger otro salvo que expresamente lo pidas. En la habitación no reponen los productos (aseo o papel higiénico) salvo que lo pidas expresamente. Esto, en mi opinión, es por el servicio poco profesional que tiene este hotel. Reconocer que el hotel está muy bien situado, cuenta con unas instalaciones y entorno excelente pero lo comentado antes añadido a que desplazarse dentro del establecimiento, por lo singular que es, no es fácil y mucho menos con maletas deja la experiencia con un bajo nivel de satisfacción. Para un hotel como este, con pretensiones, el servicio global se queda un un quiero y no puedo.

The views and location were excellent. Place is dated but clean. Restaurant/ courtyard bar in the evening could be improved if they serviced the tables outside. For the amount of staff the has working for 2 tables inside, the staff could have been to better use giving table service for drinks to approx 35/40 people seated in the courtyard. This would have delivered an “excellent” for our stay . The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices and great, friendly service

O local é perfeito para um sítio histórico como Toledo. Pode-se percorrer todo o interior da muralha e conhecer todas as portas a partir do hotel. Existe estacionamento a menos de 10 minutos que é público, mas está sempre cheio (tive que esperar alguns minutos para encontrar a vaga). Ou pode pagar apenas 12 euros em estacionamento conveniado. A única observação é sobre o banheiro que tem uma parede de vidro, transparente naturalmente, que tira a privacidade de quem está no vaso sanitário. Na ducha também, mas nesse caso o problema é menor. O ambiente refinado e histórico do hotel compensou a vidraça do banheiro. Café da manhã variado com os presuntos típicos.

An incredible property--built into the walls of the old city, with courtyards and fountains everywhere. Lovely room, great breakfast buffet. It is at the bottom of the hill, so you will definitely get a workout on your way to the historic sites of Toledo, but worth it!
