Pues tuvimos mala suerte, nos tocó una habitación a pie de calle que se escuchaba todo, los coches, la gente y para colmo juntos a la entrada con una puerta de madera que pasaba mucho y daba portazos. Hemos dormido 5 horas. Por lo demás bien

First time in Ronda and we fell in love with this beautiful town!! We were lucky enough to get a room with a view to the new bridge and plaza españa and it was spectacular. The plaza de toros is down the street with many options for dining, drinks and snacks!

We booked this hotel specifically asking for a quiet room. Instead, we were given a room with windows facing a noisy street and located right by a door that kept slamming nonstop from 6 a.m. It was impossible to sleep. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting — the toilet smelled like an old sewer, and the horrible odor spread into the entire room. On top of that, there were no blankets provided and not even basic essentials like soap. To make things worse, the hotel charged our credit card twice, even though we had already prepaid for the stay through Expedia. We had to catch this ourselves in the morning. When we brought up all these issues during checkout, including the sleepless night, the stink, and missing amenities, the staff’s response was shocking. The representative told us, “Well, you got the cheapest room, so please be careful what you’re buying. If you want something decent, you should book a more expensive room.” This is completely unacceptable. No matter the price, every guest deserves a clean room, basic supplies, and respectful service. Instead, we were treated with arrogance and left with a terrible experience.

Lamentamos tener que calificar un hotel tan bien ubicado como una terrible experiencia. Hicimos check in y de ahí nos trasladaron a un edificio por lo que yo no solicité pues no contaba con la vista que compré!! Estaba en un edificio a 70mts de ahí . Mi esposa se metió a bañar y de la coladera salió flotando una masa con pelos y no eran de ella pues entro con gorra de baño. Fui a la recepción a decir que no era la habitación que yo solicité y de un pésimo modo el responsable dijo vamos a la habitación y me demostró que si tenía vista al campo ( la imagen era a los techos ) y cuando le dije que no funcionaba el aire me dijo que si sirve o que abra la ventana y respire aire puro no como el de MÉXICO , que tan puro que me cuidara con las alergias , que modos son esos ? Para tratar a un huésped y para expresarse así de un país en un hotel que supuestamente es de 4 estrellas que no llega ni a dos y las obtendría solo por la ubicación. A la mañana siguiente le marqué para informar de la coladera tapada y su respuesta fue “ a ver si mando a alguien “ que nunca sucedió. Hoy temprano puse un comentario respecto a su trato en su pág de Facebook y salimos al check out , cuando él sale y me insultó , con gran intención de provocarme lo que estuvo a punto de conseguir, me dijo malas palabras, se burló de mi físico y forma de vestir y mi país dijo que soy representante de Méx Una VERGÜENZA

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise. Die angebotenen Leistungen (Unterkunft, Parken und Speisen) sind zu teuer, das Personal nicht wirklich freundlich und hilfreich.

Fantastic two night stay to visit Ronda . Traditional Spanish style hotel and while it probably doesn’t warrant 4* rating due to being a little tired in parts it’s certainly an excellent choice . Beds were very comfortable with extra pillows available. Lovely bathroom newly refurbished. No tea / coffee making facilities but cafe / restaurant on site . Breakfast was quite basic and expensive at 16€ per person but within 5 minutes there are cafes etc . The main attraction of the hotel are the views of the gorge and the puente Nuevo . Easy walking distance to the main attractions with plenty of bars and restaurants for food . Room 208 was quite spacious with a little balcony overlooking the bridge and gorge . Staff very friendly and helpful. Great advantage was being able to pull up outside the hotel and the staff valet park the car . Good service @ 18€ per night . Will definitely visit again. After reading many negative reviews of the hotel I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. I’m not fussy but like clean and comfortable and this was certainly that x

Uniqle view from the property makes it really special

We parked in the 10 minute drop off and checked in smoothly where staff parked our car for us in the local covered car park (18 euros extra). Our room had a spectacular view over the gorge and bridge, however we had paid for this privilege (an extra circa £20). Location very convenient for all old town sites.
