Good hotel within easy walkable distance to main shopping areas. Staff was great and delivered good customer service. Only thing is for them to improve is thier breakfast options. Maybe include more hot food options.

Hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly. Great place to stay.

Goed hotel, top locatie

Indigo Hotel(near placa catalunya) is perfectly located within walking distance from Sagrada,casa Batlo, La Rambla and has metro station,bus stops all within 100 m . Staff absolutely fabulous. The rooms are perfect size,Expresso machine in the rooms is a nice touch. Swimming pool a bit small,but was never crowded (everyone is out and about). For us was perfect.

Schönes Frühstücksbuffett und super zentrale Lage

Utmärkt hotell. Men vill man bo nära stranden så ska man inte välja detta. Här bor man mitt i smeten med all puls, som vi älskar. Poolen är väldigt liten så där är inget man hänger en hel dag utan man vill till stranden. Men gick relativt enkelt att ta sig dig med taxi, tex Bolt eller Uber. Kommer absolut tillbaka!

Poolvattnet var smutsigt, Personalen var väldigt trevliga, Enkelt åtkomst till alla delar av staden

A fantastic hotel so close to the heart of Barcelona. Very child friendly with an amazing breakfast with so many choices and options and such polite and cheerful staff. The pool was a welcome addition after a hot day sight seeing and the rooms were so comfortable. An excellent base to explore the city.

The hotel has a great location centrally in Barcelona. Downsides: We skipped the pool since it was very small and not very inviting. The hotel bar opened late at 17.30, so we went elsewhere. There was a lot of noise from hallway and other tools.

Hotel Indigo was a very convenient hotel great location, nice breakfast, small pool (looks bigger in the pictures but is much smaller) but still nice to have that relaxing option. Staff were very helpful in giving directions, maps and recommendations for dining. Only wish they gave earlier check-in options than 3pm. Otherwise ticks all the boxes.

Je suis une cliente habituée de cet hôtel, où le personnel a toujours été vraiment chouette, très accueillant et professionnel c’est un vrai point fort. Malheureusement, les conditions d’hébergement se dégradent nettement, et c’est d’autant plus regrettable compte tenu des prix, désormais alignés sur ceux des grandes villes. Mes trois derniers séjours n’ont pas été à la hauteur : • Une chambre avec balcon dont je n’ai pas pu profiter, volets fermés toute la semaine à cause de travaux et d’ouvriers présents en permanence. • Une autre fois, j’ai réservé une chambre avec terrasse… et on m’a attribué une chambre sans terrasse (nuance importante, mais pas la bonne). • Et pour finir, lors d’un séjour professionnel, impossible de dormir pendant deux jours à cause d’un bruit de moteur insupportable juste sous les grilles de la terrasse. C’est dommage, j’aimais beaucoup venir ici, mais je ne reviendrai plus.

We have been traveling all across Europe and this by far had amazing ac , very comfortable beds , great customer service . It’s also located in a great area , close to all shipping and restaurants

Au fur et à mesure de mon séjour, l’hôtel c’est dégrade, il est difficile de profiter terrasse. Cela fait deux fois que je viens une terrasse au-dessus de devant épilation avec un bruit horrible et la fois suivante, une terrasse avec des ouvriers qui ont passé leur temps à faire des travaux la journée Cela est très dommage car le personnel est super agréable. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable mais l’hôtel en lui-même a des petites mises à jour à faire

I booked a non-refundable stay at Hotel Indigo Barcelona – Plaça Catalunya (IHG). Days before my trip, the Israel-Iran war broke out, shutting down airports and borders. As a Palestinian, I was unable to travel — a clear force majeure. I contacted the hotel, not for a refund, but simply to move the booking to August (with many dates available) or get a voucher. Their response? A canned reply stating nothing could be done. The front desk and management showed zero willingness to adjust or even acknowledge the situation. Adding insult to injury, they offered me a 15% discount and “VIP treatment” for a future stay. Honestly, what kind of “VIP treatment” should I expect from a hotel that can’t manage basic human decency? A complimentary apology at check-in? To compare: I had two other non-refundable hotel bookings on the same trip — both allowed me to change dates with no issues. Indigo was the only one that refused outright. If you ever face unexpected circumstances, don't count on this hotel for flexibility or basic courtesy. Rigid, cold, and completely disconnected from what hospitality should be.
