We were delighted with the very spacious, beautifully decorated room. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom spacious with an excellent walk in shower and the temperature good. We loved the situation close to the Four Posts and with views of the stunning city of Avila. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the cafe bar is also really good for a drink and tapas / snacks. Staff were all really helpful.We would definitely stay again.

Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff, the room is spacious, clean, quiet. We had dinner in the hotel in the evening, with a choice of a set or ala carte menu. The set menu was very good both in quality and quality included wine, bread starter, main & dessert or coffee. The cost was very reasonable.

La habitacion era superior y era muy grande las camas grandes y comodas el aire acondicionada bien el ventilador un poco ruidoso si lo ponias al maximo, el WC esta separado lo unico la ventana del baño no tiene persiana y daba el sol y hacia calor. El desayuno bien, una vista impresionante de la muralla. Calidad precio muy bien.

A las 14h no tenían la habitación preparada nos dieron otra, pero entre una cosa y otra perdimos 15min . Las almohadas son muy finas, pero la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno bajamos a las 10 h y había bandejas vacías no vueltas a rellenar, nunca he entendido porque no encuentras lo mismo si bajas en los hoteles a primera que si bajas a la última, siempre y cuando bajes dentro del horario establecido deberías poder elegir entre los mismos productos independientemente del horario. Wifi bien El resto genial.

I expect more from this hotel. This is not a 4-star, but 2,5 to 3-star hotel. It’s old overall, old furniture, old carpet, missing some things as table and chairs inside the room, there’s no trash can, no water, no coffee inside. Never a 4-star hotel.

Estive hospedada no hotel 1 diária com café da manhã, e fui encaminhada para uma cafeteria, onde não tive acesso ao Buffet, tive que pedir itens que o funcionário falava em espanhol, sem esforço nenhum para se comunicar ou ser gentil. Pessima experiência, viajo a muito tempo e nunca passei por essa situação, sendo que contratei a parte, foi uma experiência muito ruim.
