The castle is conveniently located about 20 minutes outside of Salamanca, making it an ideal retreat while still accessible to the city. The only drawback is accessibility. Due to the historic nature of the castle, there are numerous stairs, which may present challenges for guests with limited mobility. Great property . We went to celebrate our 2nd years wedding anniversary . ( we got married at the castle ) the seems not to care. However thats ok . What really got me worry was the horrible stench at night and in the mornings . Animal poop . Very strong. The smell went even inside the rooms . Thats crazy . We left on day before . Even Our 2 year old daughter was Complaining about it. Please do something . Its a shame such a nice place get downgraded like that .
