Great location, right across from central train station. Clean, nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds and linen. Friendly staff who gave me a room with incredible view of the nearby buildings and old church steeple!

The hotel is perfectly located for holidays in Stockholm. We returned the rental car at the Sixt office close by. The room in the tenth floor had a splendid view, had enough space and was clean. The sun terrace in the 11th floor was also great for relaxing on the evening. Only downsides: on Saturday, the party in Restaurant in the 8th floor lasts very long into the night, with the music so loud that it was quite annoying even in our room. Also, on the first day they had breakfast in two separate floors - in the following day just in the first floor. It was way too overcrowded with the employees at the entrance having to recommend to come back later. This was not a great experience having to queue even for bread, and the hotel should know how many people paid for optional breakfast with the room so that these situations wouldn't be a surprise.

Alt godt, dog uhensigtsmæssig mange gæster til morgen-buffet'en. Kunne måske udjævnes ved at holde åben til kl. 10.00 i stedet for kl. 9.30 i hverdagene.

Professional staff

This is my second time staying at this property and I love it. Quick walk to Gamla Stan and right across from the Central Station. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food, and the roof top bar has a nice view and heaters.

Great hotel, stylish and spacious. Very good buffet breakfast and amazing terrace bar with views over Stockholm.

Rummet vi beställde hade sängar som gnekade men vid påtalande av detta fick vi ett nytt likvärdigt rum, utan problem👌. Trevligt och tillmötesgående bemötande.

Breakfast was wonderful. They said at the desk that it opened every day at 6:30, but it is actually 7 am on weekends. Loved that we could choose to have our room cleaned or not, and just get fresh towels when we needed them. Great view of city hall, loved the sun deck as a quiet place to rest.

Jag är ju inte jättenöjd med att frukost inte ingår längre. Mycket tråkig utveckling. Usch!
