Amazing property! Has the perfect mix of old world charm + modern updates. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is INCREDIBLE! So attentive, kind, helpful and friendly! Would absolutely recommend this hotel, and want to come back on my next trip to Zermatt!

Great family owned hotel, a true gem with the best view of the Matterhorn.
The hotel rooms are clean and the staff is amazing, courteous, friendly and always helping the guests. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to stay at this marvelous and charming hotel.

Beautiful mountain view on our honeymoon. Bathroom had a problem but the staff switched us to the room next door no problem. Very friendly staff that were always happy to help and talk, with complimentary refreshments at the end of everyday and a delicious complementary breakfast every morning.

Hotel was amazing! Welcome drink on arrival so refreshing!!! Staff were excellent, the hotel was so nice and the location was great! Close to everything including a great view spot to see the Matterhorn. Made it so easy to get sunrise pics of the Matterhorn. Breakfast had cooked to order options. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely incredible stay overall, 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, seemed to go out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and questions answered. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful with lovely amenities. The room itself was spacious and the Mountain View balcony had the most incredible view of the Matterhorn that left us speechless. They really do go out of their way to ensure everyone has a lovely stay. The hotel is right near a ski-rental shop if needed and is a quick bus ride to the base of the main Gondola which then gives you access to the majority of the skiing mountain, including down into Italy. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Zermatt!

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. I've stayed at top hotels in the world and this boutique one compares in quality, service, attention to detail and amenities. The spa and gym area were beautiful (you should add photos to the site!). Service was impeccable, thank you to Simon who was so helpful. Easy to get to ski shuttle and walk to everything. Very clean and the breakfast and afternoon snacks were great. I'd stay here again if ever back in Zermatt.

Outstanding hotel. Clean, quiet central location, beautiful knotty pine with carved panels, 1 block walk to ski shuttle. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Our third stay here, will hope to return.

The safe were very attentive and knowledgeable. The bathrooms can use updating as the high baths aren’t very safe. The lack of a restaurant is also unfortunate but its location makes up for it as you are close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel and go back to it, in the future.

The staff was very friendly, from the moment I checked in until the check out, it was a pleasure to be there. The location is great. My room on the 5th floor had an excellent view on the Matterhorn. The breakfast was ok, again the staff very helpful and friendly.
