La camera piccola ma ben tenuta, pulizia ottima ci sono tutti i servizi basilari. L'unica pecca è la mancanza dell'ascensore per chi alloggia ai piani alti

Super clean rooms most excellent staff We love this hotel

Quite, peacefull, just far enough from all the bustle. Close to the river.

Bed was hard as a rock. There is no elevator, so if like me you have a bad knee. The location of rhe hotel is u ique located at the end of a small road lin3d with shops and resturants and food stands. At night the road maybe closed to vehicle traffic. My taxi driver would not attempt it snd in Bangkok that says alot. There is a tuk tuk stand at the end of the alley though.

일단 람부뜨리 골목에 위치한 게 장점. 호텔 앞 노상 맥주집 맥주가 주변보다 10바트 정도 싼 게 장점. 호텔 시설도 무난. 아쉬운 건 약한 수압.

New Siam III looks pretty shabby from the outside, but once you are inside it is A-OK! I upgraded my room to one with a balcony for about $8 a day more, and it was very much worth it. The receptionist was very helpful for all of my needs. The place was very clean which was great and it was fairly quite, though due to it's location you could hear the occasional loud drunk person from time to time. And they only clean the room when you ask them to, which for me that was nice... My only complaint was that I had to take my laundry service to their other hotel, but it wasn't far and they delivered it back to me, and they almost lost one of my bags, but thankfully they found it. Anyways, this place was great with a great location, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great inexpensive place to stay that puts you on the quiet edge (Soi Rambuttri) of the loud and boisterous Khao San Road, yet close to the river cruises. Good bathroom, fridge, and safe in room. No restaurant on site but plenty literally just outside the front door. Unlike NS 2, it does not have a pool but is cheaper. No personal elevator but it does have a dumbwaiter for luggage. In all, it is good enough that when I return to BKK next week, this is where I will stay.

New Siam 3 is a nice little inexpensive place in a great location on Soi Rambuttri, a fairly quiet place within a few hundred yards of both the madness of Khao San and the river. There is nothing special about the building but it suffices. I usually stay at New Siam 2 but this is less expensive, yet has a better bathroom, and it lacks a pool. It also lacks an elevator/lift for people although it does have a slow one for luggage. In-room refrigerator and excellent AC. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi. No restaurant but many surround the hotel. If you are traveling with kids, go for New Siam 2 but for singles and couples this is a very good choice. When I return to BKK in two weeks I will again stay here.

They had no record of my reservation when I arrived. I had a printed out copy of the Travelocity reservation and the e-mail confirmation that I showed them on my phone. None of that mattered. It took about 45 minutes of them screwing around and making phone calls and finally I was told to come back in three hours. On check out they would not let me leave until they checked the room. What kind of jailhouse dive is this? I recommend that Travelocity remove this place from their listings.

No problem checking in staff friendly and helpful great location for river and all transport to get around Bangkok.

Friendly staff and great area. The building is a little dated but you can tell that the staff work hard to maintain it and keep the spaces clean. Comfortable room and quiet considering how noisy almost all other hotels are in the area. I did encounter a problem but the staff was able to acknowledge and resolve it. Despite my issue, I would still recommend staying here.

We stayed at New Siam 3 with our son and daughter. The rooms were all very clean and the staff were friendly. The location is excellent as it is one block from Khao San road, where everyone must visit but too noisy for sleeping on. Rambuttri road has a more chill feeling and we prefer spending evenings here.

Rent og paent, men lille vaerelse, og udsigten fra vinduet ikke noget at prale af. Beliggenheden er god: i Khao San området, men så tilpas tilbagetrukket, at man naeppe generes af nattestøj.

This was the third time we stayed at New Siam 3 and we have been impressed every time we stay here. It is conveniently located with a 3-5 minute walk to Koasan road. The immediate area around the hotel has a great vibe with a relaxed feelng. The ferry taxi pier is a 5 minute walk and if you use the orange flag taxi you can go up and down the river for 15 baht one way. The hotel is well maintained and we will certainly stay there again when we return to Bangkok.

제가 선호하는 람푸뜨리에 위치해 있어서 좋았어요. 조용하고 요청하면 하우스키핑도 언제나 해 주시고 침대도 편안했어요. 화장실과 객실도 아주 깨끗했고요. 엘리베이터가 짐을 싣는 엘리베이터 밖에 없는데 그래도 그게 어딘가 싶네요. 매일 바뀌는 와이파이 비밀번호가 조금 불편했어요. 리셉션이 24시간이라서 편리했고 친절해서 좋았어요

Heim Einchecken fand ich auf meinem Handy die Bestätigung nicht, um die Buchung anzuzeigen. Wir mussten nochmals!!! bezahlen. Andernfalls hätten wir ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren nicht bereit, in ihren Unterlagen zu schauen. Einen Tag später ging ich nochmals zur Rezeption, um zu fragen, ob doch noch Unterlagen da wären. Der Concierge hatte ein schlechtes Gewissen. Kann ich rechtlich etwas dagegen machen?

L'hôtel est très bien entretenu bien que les chambres semblent un peu vieilles. Tout est très propre, vous avez une bouteille neuve tous les jours. On entend pas du tout ce qui se passe à l'extérieur. La rue est très animée (le weekend en tout cas!). Seul bémol peut être, le bruit de ventilation à l'exterieur. Enfin, la chambre que nous avions était équipée d'une clim ET d'un ventilo ! Parfait pour refroidir avant de se coucher et brasser l'air pendant la nuit sans clim (il fesait 33 la journée donc c'était vraiment agreable!) Le personnel était accueillant. La localisation est parfaite si vous voulez utiliser les bus et bateaux bus (pour nous c'était le cas). Le bus S1 nous descend au tout début de la rue depuis l'aéroport pour 60 Bath. L'accès au skytrain est un peu plus long (nous ne nous en sommes pas du tout servi). L'accès au Wat pho est faisable à pieds également. Pour le prix, je pense que c'est assez imbattable ! Foncez ;)
