Lovely hotel with great service!

The hotel was beautiful when i walked in, quiet, staff friendly and quick. The room was good for a family of four. Overall it was a lovely stay, I would recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, everything is close by and walkable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delivered right to the door, which was very convenient. I gave 4 stars because I’ve stayed in better places before, but overall it was a good experience.

If you are looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location in NYC and at a reasonable price, look no further. Citadines Connect 5th Avenue puts you steps away from Time Square and so many of the city’s most iconic landmarks - very convenient location for anyone wanting to experience the energy and magic of NYC up close. Another reason i absolutely love this hotel is its proximity to my workplace - just a 5 mnts commute, which made my mornings wonderfully stress and traffic free. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. From the moment i walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles, empathy and a clear desire to make my stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. A special shout-out to Rafael, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond to help fix a mistake i nade in the reservation. Thanks to his care and resourcefulness, he was able to accommodate my family for the weekend- something I’ll always be grateful for. To top it off, post stay i accidentally sent a lunch order to the hotel via Uber Eats. Most places would have simply discarded it, but instead the hotel contacted me and arranged to have it sent to my work location. That level of service and caring is truly rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. I will absolutely return and recommend Citadines Connect to anyone heading to the city!

The location of the hotel is excellent and staff were friendly but that’s where the positives end. Our room was on the fifth floor which also appeared to be the parking area for the house keeper trolleys. As well as the noisy coming and goings of said trolleys, it was also hard to navigate and bags around them. Our room didn’t have a coffee machine which was stated on the website and there was a lot of dust under and around the beds. The bathroom was nice however the shower head leaked and sprayed water in the wrong direction. Breakfast was delivered in a bag, but no drinks arrived as part of this request. All in all pretty disappointing

sol extrêmement sale. les agents sont venus nettoyer après notre demande car le sol collait. après 3 passages de serpillère, ca collait toujours. J'ai lavé moi même avec des serviettes, les trois serviettes étaient noires! salle de bains avec carreaux de carrelage retirés et moisis derrière, dans la douche. joints moisis. sol de la douche abimé. climatisation avec une grille très encrassée, je n'imagine pas la qualité de l'air que nous respirions... téléphone en panne tout le séjour malgré l'intervention du technicien. télé réparée après 5 jours de demande tous les jours. donc pas de TV la moitié du séjour. quand on est arrivé et que l'on a ouvert la porte pour la première fois, nous avons constaté que la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée: lits sans dessus dessous, serviettes de toilettes par terre dans la salle de bain, etc... on nous a attribué une autre chambre: celle que je décris plus haut. attention: il est indiqué "petit déjeuner compris". il ne s'agit pas d'un buffet, mais d'un sac que l'on nous dépose (5jours où nous avons été obligé de descendre le chercher car pas déposé) à la poignée de la porte de la chambre le matin. muffin myrtille ou cake nature individuels industriels, yaourt, jus de fruit. pas de choix possible. pas de boissons chaudes. autre problème: agent de ménage oublie de fermer la porte de notre chambre après leur passsage: porte ouverte à notre retour en fin de journée!

It’s very well located from Times Square, Central Park, resto et . The AC was not so great and the hotel needs to justify why customer should pay more for their parking when the hotel doesn’t valet and the local parking company they use is cheaper. The design of the property is very nice, comfy beds

Hotel is in a great location, just off fifth avenue , it’s about ten minutes walk to Times Square, grand central station, and fifteen minutes to Central Park. Hotel itself was good, coffee is available in the reception area which is a nice touch. Room was a decent size for New York. We like a good shower and found this one poor pressure. Though loved the shampoo and conditioner provided. The tv volume was barely there even on full, though we went there to watch tv so didn’t bother raising this issue. Just bear in mind, hotel takes 200 dollar security deposit at check in so account for that with your finances.

J’adore cet hôtel car il est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Manhattan. Il est proche de tout : on peut facilement se déplacer à pied, les stations de métro sont à deux pas, et il y a une multitude de restaurants à proximité. C’est mon choix chaque fois que je vais à New York.
