Clean rooms, friendly staff and a very reasonable priced bar

Room was clean and comfy beds. Friendly staff.

Really present stay. Reception was very welcoming and room was clean, tidy and warm.

Didnt have breakfast.Drinking glasses in the room were dirty. Tea bags fell to pieces. bath taps did not work.

Good hotel for the price.

The hotel did not recognise the booking and left our client anxious and confused while one of our managers had to pull e-mail confirmations at 1am while our client was left anxiously waiting to find out if they had a bed for the night, hundreds of miles from home. The hotel was misleading and was not the luxury accomodation suggested in the advert but in fact a Britannia hotel. The hotel’s “check in” link that was sent in advance did not work and the hotel did not respond when questioned about this. All in all a very poor expierience.

Though advertised as having a gym, it is not clear that there is a charge. The hotel is extremely tired, food is mediocre at best. I will not be staying here again

The staff were very welcoming and helpful at the hotel. The room wasn't so great. Room 2127 one of the sliding doors was flapping around and not connected properly, 2 lights in our room did not work, the TV did not connect to any channels, there was hot water in the sink but this didn't transfer to the shower. It was too cold to use as a shower. The pressure from the cold was v high which potentially affected the hot in the shower. The bed was the worst bit which we didn't realise was bad until we go back from our function and then it was too late to ask to change rooms. The whole double had a hard bar across the bed and the bottom of one side was lower than the top so your legs kind of hung down and the other side it was the opposite legs too high. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no teaspoon so had to use a pen to stir. We visited the pool was OK last entry for children 5pm and out by 6pm. Bring your own towel for the pool or its £1 extra per person. Breakfast was OK cooked breakfast, fruit, cereals and toast buffet style. The hotel also had a bar but we didn't use that. Car park v busy as people stay before going on holiday and leave their cars but we managed to park round the back.

We were on a flying visit, literally one night and left the next morning. During our stay the staff were really helpful, informative and polite. The rooms were nice and clean but the bathrooms were very tired and dated but clean. The beds were clean and comfortable and kept us more than warm enough throughout the night. No complaints from us and we enjoyed our short stay here and breakfast was a good morning starter for us all too.

Rooms must be walked around everyday, parking was another story.

Family room was a disaster, wardrobe broken and off the rails, lamp shades broken Chunks out of the walls, carpet soaking wet as bath must be leaking. Bad smell Bar wasn’t open hours advertised on their website Pool table broken and staff can’t give you change for it anyway as it’s all contactless Car parking is horrendous Hire car got damaged in car park because of poor spacing between cars No phone signal inside hotel and WiFi poor Only thing it has going for it is near the airport otherwise I would avoid
