Very quiet and very convenient walk to the train station. Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff.

Staff here were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast brilliant. Very near station.

Room was comfortable and clean, staff friendly . I have found bites on my leg since leaving so not sure what did that. Was disappointed in the fact that there was no bottled water in the room and not happy to go looking for water stations in the corridor so had to go and buy our own.

Clean and well located hotel and friendly staff. It advertises van parking which is a major factor during business trips. This turned out to be in a back lane behind the hotel - still chargeable. Separated only by a wire fence from a fully paved car park with Ringo parking.

Ideally placed for the concerts we attended in Queen Square.

Nice first impression, reception staff lovely, coming out of the lift the hallway smelt musty, like a hoover that needs a new filter, room okay although carpet would benefit from a clean, bit stained. Room also had a musty smell about it so opened windows to air out?! Maybe a nice light air freshener would be nice? Made reception staff aware sink in bathroom, drain was blocked so very slowly drained water and not a very pleasant smell coming from overflow each time. Our one real moan was the cleaning staff outside in the corridor very early, around 7am, talking very loudly with little respect for guests sleeping, and it was Sunday morning, I was going to open the door and speak to them but tbh they should know this and have more respect! Overall staff lovely and stay was very nice, food good, especially the breakfast

We arrived late on a Thursday night so didn't expect the red carpet to be run out, but were met by a very grumpy man who was extremely economical with words,and looked like somebody who hated his job. Our room was large enough and had a double bed and a double sofa bed. The sofa bed, according to my son was not the most comfortable. The bed was ok, but the pillows were a bit smelly. If the room had been 4 up, there were not enough pillows. Bathroom was clean and functional. We didn't have breakfast and we had no other contact with any members of staff. Hotel was average at best and overpriced for the condition it's in. It's good and central and close to temple meads train station and the airport shuttle bus which leaves from there. Don't think I would stay there again

Hemos vuelto a este hotel para poder coger el vuelo en Bristol, la primera vez nos quedamos unos días mas para visitar la ciudad. Todo bien como la otra vez

The rooms are quite basic and clean. The location is just five minutes from the train station. We got the breakfast and it was a pretty good buffet.

Good location, large room and useful fridge

We always stay at the Novotel when we visit Bristol as it is a great central base for exploring, the staff are lovely, it has good parking and it is also dog-friendly - what's not to like!

Tout s'est passé parfaitement grâce au personnel. On y retournera l'année prochaine et on recommande cet hôtel à tous nos amis

Air conditioning in the room did not work, which was disappointing

Bon sejour, hotel un peu vieillot qui merite un coup de fraicheur. Moquettes pas impeccables. Personnel qui ne dit pas bonjour mis a part 2 personnes. Dommage.

El desayuno nos gustó mucho, que hubiera fuente de agua filtrada en cada planta y una pequeña zona de juegos en la planta baja junto a recepción con futbolín, xbox… La habitación estaba bien y tenia nevera, cosa que se agradece mucho. Los mandos de la ducha iban un poco duros.
