Great room, lovely reception staff.

Le personnel étais au top . La chambre très propre , la cuisine très bien équipée.

Enjoyed the stay, staff was courteous, room was spotless and walking distance from tower bridge.

Séjour au sein de l’hôtel vraiment topisssime ! Que ce soit l’accueil, la chambre et le personnel tout a été comme nous voulions. Le petit déjeuner étaient très bons. Ma grand mère a pu manger des choses basiques comme elle aime et moi un petit dej plus « brigue » merci pour ces 4 jours !

Check in was so easy. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous for the price. Area is a little quiet in terms of nightlife but there’s things to do and not far from the tube. Loved the stay so much

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment war sauber, ruhig und sehr komfortabel, trotz des Bahnhofs direkt gegenüber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Tower Bridge entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Hôtel bien situé, à côté de Tower Bridge, de la Tour de Londres et assez proche du quartier très animé de Borough Market et London Bridge. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre, avec une cuisine. De plus, elle est très bien isolée, tant de l'extérieur que de l'intérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est, quant à lui, très acceuillant et très aimable.

Rude staff. We’ll be trying the *NEW* Bob W Tower Studios next time. We have stayed here a few times and really enjoyed it. On this occasion we had a few issues. One staff member was quite rude and enjoyed giving problems instead of solutions. There was an issue with the shower, it kept dripping, the lady on reception took delight in saying we should have reported it in the morning and that we’re leaving tomorrow so what’s the issue. I found her response rude. Her college also seemed shocked by her response. We also asked for the room to be made up, it was my Fiancés birthday that day. Again the same lady took great delight in saying cleaning/ make up of the room is every 3 days. Due to the shower issues, we were delayed at checkout, the shower was dripping for an hour so we couldn’t shower as quickly. We had the cleaner knock on the door at 9:50 am (check out is at 10am), the maintenance man at 10:00 then the cleaner came back at 10:15 am, with her broken English she came back with the maintenance man at 10:20am and I explained we were delayed due to the shower and we will be another 30 minutes. Reception then called us at 10:30 am saying check out was at 10am We checked out at 10:40am. There were no apologies for the issues we’d had and no recognition that we had just been harassed for the last 50 minutes to leave due to an issues by no fault of our own.

Spacious, modern apartments. Great location for east of the city.

En rigtig fin og rummelig lejlighed. Fint køkken og badeværelse. OBS på at det kun er dobbeltdyner de har, så hvis man skal bruge en dyne hver, så skal man bestille det på forhånd. Der var desværre ret koldt på værelset (18 grader i december), og de fik ikke skruet op for varmen før på 3. dagen for vores ophold. Derudover var vasken på badeværelset stoppet - vi gjorde personalet opmærksom på det, men det blev ikke fikset. Morgenmaden var fin med et ok udvalg af både varme retter og almindelig morgenmad. Det ligger fint centralt med undergrunds station ca. 5 min væk.

Hotel was extremely clean. Staff were continually cleaning common areas and they were very polite and courteous. Room was very spacious.

Loved the place, clean, closed to the bridge, has a little store to buy your needs. Great customer service. Great breakfast!

Room was clean and warm. Toiletries and towels good. Very close to train line so light sleepers might struggle with the sound and vibration. The breakfast buffet was appalling. For a hotel, the breakfast buffet was the size of a B&B buffet. We got there at 9:45am and were told there was no fruit available anymore because the kitchen closes at 10am?? When they finish breakfast items, the staff do not top them up. Guests were anxious and seemed to compete for the last bit of scrambled eggs, croissant and toasts. There was only one staff member to give out plates+ cups, clean and attend to guests. If you want something other than filtered coffee (e.g. espresso, cappuccino), you need to pay extra.

Great, spacious studio apartment in an excellent location. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast; the options were quite limited, items kept running out, and we often had to ask for refills, glasses, or cutlery. The breakfast area is also quite small, so seating can be limited, and you may not always find a table available.

Great location , lovely staff , able to work in the lobby until check in . Room was very spacious and clean . Would stay again .

decent hotel sometimes can be very expensive but have stayed here few times

とても綺麗なアパートホテルです。荷物も宿泊前後に預かってもらいました。キッチンにはひと通り調理器具が揃っていました。調味料や油はなし。グラスもお皿もありました。レンジとオーブンがありました。洗濯機も簡単です。朝食も品数は多くはないのですが美味しいです。
