We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for us, especially traveling with kids. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and felt very comfortable during our visit. Highly recommended for families!

AMAZING AFFORDABLE HOTEL!! Great Location!!! Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the subway is right across a small one way street. Right next door to an amazing coffee shop, a few doors down from McDonalds, a Grocery store, an awesome bakery, Starbucks, a pharmacy, and loads of trendy restaurants. The location is superb! Being able to walk to the Eiffel Tower & the Siene River is EVERYTHING!! The receptionist was super friendly & kind & made us feel very welcome & comfortable. Skip the hotel breakfast, it’s super lame & really not worth the money, the cofffee is hospital vending machine quality. The rooms, well it’s like staying at your aunt Linda’s spare bedroom. It’s practical. The bed is comfortable & the windows do open for fresh air. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower tip…lol!! If you’re looking for a super comfortable, convenient & safe place this is for you! If you need more bling the Four Seasons is only 4K a night & you really need to change your price range in your search parameters! By the way we both work for a major airline and have travelled to over 50 countries…so trust us this hotel is a great place if your visiting Paris for a short time..probably wouldn’t book more than 4 nights here.

The location is great, what made me rate it low are the employees. The receptionists on May 15 2026 at 5am is condescending. The way he communicates with us is condescending when we we're trying to check out. It seemed like we woke him up from sleeping, all the lights we're off, his hair is messy and the demeanor is unprofessional. The room smelled like vinegar and pungent and ask if we can transfer room when we checked in, but the receptionist said no, nothing we can do. We can just leave the room and give money back. Again, location, great! Staff, bad.

*Title: Disappointing stay: Far below 3-star standards* *Overall Impression* It is honestly hard to believe that the Art Hotel Eiffel holds a 3-star rating. Based on our experience, the lack of professionalism and the poor state of the facilities make it feel significantly lower than its official category. *Service and First Impressions* Our arrival set the tone for the rest of the stay. The lobby appeared dated and not particularly clean. We were greeted by a disheveled receptionist with his wrinkled shirt half-untucked, who barely managed a "Good afternoon" and a curt "Passports." When we politely requested a second keycard, he didn't say a word; instead, he programmed it with a visible gesture of annoyance. There was no welcome, no explanation of the hotel’s amenities, no directions to the room, and zero information regarding breakfast. We went to the desk to ask a question, and it was empty. After 15 minutes, the same receptionist arrived in a rush, holding a sandwich in one hand and a phone in the other, having a loud and heated argument with someone. He made us—and a family waiting to check in—wait until he finished his call before treating everyone with the same indifference we experienced on day one. *Room Condition and Maintenance* The room was in a state of neglect. The flooring was peeling throughout, as well as the bathub. Air conditioning was another ordeal.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for us, especially traveling with kids. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and felt very comfortable during our visit. Highly recommended for families!

The room looked like a room for a late check out guest room. Used furniture and appliences. The door was forced and the lock loose, it did not give me much confidence to stay in to be honest, but location is perfect. I have stay in other hotels in Paris for the same price but much better. The noice from the street, metro and people validating their metro passes are annoying and constant. Not relaxing at all.

AMAZING AFFORDABLE HOTEL!! Great Location!!! Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the subway is right across a small one way street. Right next door to an amazing coffee shop, a few doors down from McDonalds, a Grocery store, an awesome bakery, Starbucks, a pharmacy, and loads of trendy restaurants. The location is superb! Being able to walk to the Eiffel Tower & the Siene River is EVERYTHING!! The receptionist was super friendly & kind & made us feel very welcome & comfortable. Skip the hotel breakfast, it’s super lame & really not worth the money, the cofffee is hospital vending machine quality. The rooms, well it’s like staying at your aunt Linda’s spare bedroom. It’s practical. The bed is comfortable & the windows do open for fresh air. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower tip…lol!! If you’re looking for a super comfortable, convenient & safe place this is for you! If you need more bling the Four Seasons is only 4K a night & you really need to change your price range in your search parameters! By the way we both work for a major airline and have travelled to over 50 countries…so trust us this hotel is a great place if your visiting Paris for a short time..probably wouldn’t book more than 4 nights here.

Prime location, great view of the Eiffel Tower and right in front of the metro station. Large choice of dining options nearby and short walk to the touristy spots. Cant ask for anything better

Estação de metrô em frente com acesso a várias linhas.Acesso facílimo para todos os pontos turísticos.Mc donalds 24horas ai lado é um mercado monoprix.Quarto amplo, banheiro confortável. Elevador grande bem diferente do padrão Paris. Limpo. Quarto com vista vale muito a pena. Lindo e valor acessível.

The location is great, what made me rate it low are the employees. The receptionists on May 15 2026 at 5am is condescending. The way he communicates with us is condescending when we we're trying to check out. It seemed like we woke him up from sleeping, all the lights we're off, his hair is messy and the demeanor is unprofessional. The room smelled like vinegar and pungent and ask if we can transfer room when we checked in, but the receptionist said no, nothing we can do. We can just leave the room and give money back. Again, location, great! Staff, bad.

Dreckige Gardinen, dreckiges Badezimmer mit Schimmel in den Ecken und im Duschkopf, hellhörige Zimmer, jeden Abend Party bis morgens um 2 auf vielen Zimmern. Erholung am Abend in einem sauberen Zimmer ist nicht möglich.

*Title: Disappointing stay: Far below 3-star standards* *Overall Impression* It is honestly hard to believe that the Art Hotel Eiffel holds a 3-star rating. Based on our experience, the lack of professionalism and the poor state of the facilities make it feel significantly lower than its official category. *Service and First Impressions* Our arrival set the tone for the rest of the stay. The lobby appeared dated and not particularly clean. We were greeted by a disheveled receptionist with his wrinkled shirt half-untucked, who barely managed a "Good afternoon" and a curt "Passports." When we politely requested a second keycard, he didn't say a word; instead, he programmed it with a visible gesture of annoyance. There was no welcome, no explanation of the hotel’s amenities, no directions to the room, and zero information regarding breakfast. We went to the desk to ask a question, and it was empty. After 15 minutes, the same receptionist arrived in a rush, holding a sandwich in one hand and a phone in the other, having a loud and heated argument with someone. He made us—and a family waiting to check in—wait until he finished his call before treating everyone with the same indifference we experienced on day one. *Room Condition and Maintenance* The room was in a state of neglect. The flooring was peeling throughout, as well as the bathub. Air conditioning was another ordeal.
