Art Hotel Eiffel

Convenient, the metro is right across from the hotel. Eiffel tower is two stops away from the train station. It is by Rue de Commerce which is a shopping area. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are very helpful.

Le personnel était agréable et arrangeant, l’emplacement est très pratique proche du métro des commerces dans le quartier de motte picquet grenelle. À noter un peu de bruit et des vibrations du métro .

Chambre assez spacieuse comparé à d'autre hôtel à proximité dans lesquels on a déjà séjourné anterieurement. Vue sur la tour eiffel, chambre bien chauffée, salle de bain espace suffisant, jai vu olus petit sur paris, on avait une baignoire. Personnel très serviable. Je recomande cet établissement pour un sejour sur paris.

J’ai été agressé verbalement par le réceptionniste vers 17h car lors de mon Check out du matin j’avais laissé mes bagages le temps de mon séminaire. Au moment où je voulais les récupérer le réceptionniste été au téléphone avec sa femme dans l’étage du -1 lorsque je suis parti le voir pour récupérer mes bagages, il m’a crié dessus car je l’ai dérangé et qu’il n’était pas obligé de garder mes affaires et que ils y avais plein d’autres autel sur Paris. Je suis également pas satisfaite de la literie

The hotel never replied to our messages before arrival. Although we selected option of paying at the hotel clearly nentioning that we won't be charged before our arrival, but the hotel charged (put an authorization) my card for one night before confirmating the booking. Then we had a terrible experience with the reception upon arrival. First, we had to wait for the receptionist (old man around 60) about 20 minutes to come, then had to bear his unwelcoming behavior. He was slow moving on one hand and disrespectful on the other, firstly he checked my passport for nationality and then we had an argument on the hotel payment, he was trying to charge my card for the full amount and I was telling him that he already has authorized one night fee and needs to charge me using the authorization code so I actually would pay for the remaining 2 nights, but NOOO, this man was either too ambitious or too "smart", he was claiming that I need to pay the full amount and he will cancel my card authorization once we check out. After all he cancelled the authorization upon check in but I have not received my amount on card so far and due to his actions I was deprived of my right to use my money timely. Then on our second day someone was constantly trying to enter our room since 9am. I don't know who that was, yet it was another unpleasant experience associated with this hotel. Overall the location is good, metro and bus stations are just in 2 minutes walk, there are supermarkets and cafes around

Simplesmente amei, com certeza irei voltar do mesmo hotel. Café da manhã tudo fresco e de boa qualidade (pão de baguete e os croassant deliciosos), cama confortável, chuveiro nota 10, recepção super simpática, fora que era na frente do metrô que tinha 3 linhas e mc era na esquina. Eu amei

J’ai réservé une chambre avec la vue sur la Tour Eiffel, c’était exceptionnel ! Je tiens également à souligner le service et l’accueil de Jawed, car je participais au 20 kms de Paris à mon retour j’ai pu me doucher. Hotel avec du personnel qui prends soin de ses clients. Je reviendrai ! Encore merci

This hotel was ok. It was fine for a quick stay but not somewhere you want to relax and spend time. Its convenient and mostly clean. The staff were helpful in that they helped store luggage after checkout. The room is very small.

Very clean and spotless. We never knew that they clean rooms when u go out so we were shocked. It was good

The location is amazing. However the bathroom was horrible. Shower water was draining. Wash basin water was not draining.

Cabin was small but clean, I’m not sure about shops. It was a no frills hotel.

Foul smell of cigarettes in the room Aircon that sounded like a motorbike Room was clean however let down by this Also nothing like the pictures , personally won’t be returning
