Great area - close to ALL the shopping. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and breakfast buffet has many types of food to offer.

I have traveled abroad a lot and this is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are big (definitely get a corner suite that has an amazing view of the city) and very modern. Service was outstanding!! Everyone was so kind. We had a small medical emergency and Ryoko went above and beyond to help us get fast medical care. She saved our family vacation. This is the only hotel I would stay at in Osaka. Highly recommend!!

I loved the cleanliness of the property. I loved the location near the train station and near shopping. I wish the property had a pool. I wish the hotel had a complimentary continental breakfast or a cheaper alternative than the $40 breakfast per person for the buffet style.

I cannot say enough about this property. It was superb. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is to die for, the hotel & rooms are impeccably decorated and the area where this hotel sits, is convenient for many reasons. Plus, it is close to a set of malls with great shops and dining options and this whole area is all about sustainability and green spaces making it a breathe of fresh air and space after a visit to busier neighborhoods in the city.

Right next to Osaka station and great shopping options. There’s a really nice park next door too. This hotel is modern, new and designed wonderfully!

Hotel fraichement créé dans un quartier vivant où tous types de transport sont présents. Riche offre de restaurants et de lieux shopping également. L'hôtel dispose dun personnel d'accueil chaleureux et d'un trés bon petit déjeuner ! Et les chambres sont aussi spatieuses que bien équipées !

Perfect area to stay. There is everything around and is perfect connected to all the areas. Is located in a new develop just next to Osaka station, the museum just next to the hotel is great.

Hôtel récent à qq pas de gares stratégiques d'Osaka qui permettent des accès faciles pour le train comme le bus ou le métro. Chambre spatieuse avec vue dégagée, literie et sanitaires au top, personnel chaleureux qui cherche à engager la conversation, petit déjeuner faisant la part belle a la cuisine occidentale comme orientale. I like the location which is connected to the Umeda Station, but not exactly a stone throw away. The surrounding of the area is yet to be developed, so the overall place is peaceful and quiet, with great views if u stay at the higher floor. Very new hotel, so the rooms and amenities are perfect. Love the cosiness of the room, the service is flawless (command of English is above good), the breakfast buffet is adequate but the menu did not change at all when I was there. The same restaurant turned into a proper restaurant and bar during lunch and opened till late. Nice vibe to have a nice drink. No complains for this stay!

We had a great experience staying here as a family, booking two king rooms. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the gym was also excellent — a nice bonus! Breakfast was a real highlight with plenty of high-quality options, both Western and Japanese. Everything we tried was delicious. The location in Umeda is great — lively, with plenty to explore nearby. The only minor drawback is that it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. One suggestion: it would be nice if the restaurant stayed open a bit later (last order for dinner was around 8:30 or 9 PM), which is a little eartly by european standards, an extra hour would’ve made it even better. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring Osaka — would definitely stay again!

My friend and I (visiting from the U.S.) had a fantastic stay at this property during our trip to Japan! After a few days in Tokyo, we spent four nights in Osaka, and everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They gave us great advice on places to visit and directions to train stations. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, and our room was ready, allowing us to head out and explore Osaka Castle that evening. The room was comfortable and well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and a daily supply of espresso coffee pods and bottled water. A water filling station on every floor kept us hydrated throughout our stay. The location was ideal, connected to Osaka Station via indoor walkways, making it easy to shop, eat, explore, and travel around the city. We even bought a new suitcase at Yodobashi to fit all the treats and souvenirs we collected! The breakfast package was a real highlight. We enjoyed healthy options like yogurt, nuts, fruits, and made-to-order omelettes, as well as traditional Japanese dishes. During our stay, we also tried delightful desserts like zabuton Mont Blanc and Paris cheesecake, which were almost too cute to eat! On Friday night, we dined at JaJa Bar, where live Japanese music added a unique touch to the atmosphere. Lastly, the staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, ensuring it arrived on time and even helping with our luggage and waived us goodbye! Next time 4 nights there just for shopping!
