Everything is perfect. One of the best hotels I have been visited!

The breakfast was wonderful. Something for everyone. Also the daily outdoor winter lunch was very good too. One night we had the Chef’s dinner and it really was excellent. No point arriving before your room is ready because there is literally nothing to do, even though the room may be ready, you can’t have it till 3pm.

庭が美しいです。 お風呂が泉質、雰囲気ともにとても良い。 中華のスタンダードとフレンチのプレミアムをいただきました。 中華は繊細な盛り付けで見た目も美しく味もとても美味しかったです。 ラウンジでワインを頂けるのも嬉しいです。 空き時間にビリヤードを楽しみました。 お部屋や廊下にカメムシが迷い込んでいたこともありましたが凍結スプレーで撃退しました笑 周りの景色が美しく、喧騒から離れてゆったり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.

The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon.

The property is very expensive for the area. The service was lovely except for the last day when we needed to leave the hotel and get to the bus station to leave Hakuba. The front desk staff was unable to find a taxi to pick us up and the hotel shuttle could not be sent to the bus station for an 8 am instead of 9 am run. We were not able to make the departure bus that we hoped to get on. We eventually took the hotel's shuttle van 30 minutes after our hoped for departure and caught a bus out of town and Aside from the lack of transportation coordination and the fact that the hotel charged me an additional $500 at checkout for my kids lodging and food (which I thought I had paid through the high Expedia price of $1,600 for 2 nights) there was much that was good about the hotel. We loved our beautiful dinners and breakfast buffets, the room was spacious and comfortable, the complimentary wine at happy hour in the lounge was lovely. But in the end, the very high price per night for the 4 of us paired with the stress on our departure day (which we began talking with the hotel staff about the afternoon prior) made for a less than perfect experience.

I booked this property for the sole purpose of snow sports in Hakuba. However, I feel this property is not designed and build for winter season. To access the rooms from the main building (lobby, restaurants etc), one has to walk through an unheated walkway, expose to the cold and wind. Imagine doing this at -6 degrees temperature. The snow equipment storage is an after-thought. It is a container situated outside on the driveway. It is not a dry room and to access the snow equipment, one has to be expose to the elements again. (this time, there are no shelters to protect the guest).

Amazing property, onsen, happy hour. Shuttle service however could have more times, frequency, or on demand service.

We loved everything about our stay in Sierra. The location is in the middle of stunning forest, very close to ski slopes, lovely food options are available through the day. Nothing can be better than enjoying private onsen after a day of skiing. Lovelies stuff. We will definitely be back!

The shuttle bus that stops at Sierra is limited, but is enough. Overall experience is very good, much better than other places I stayed at Hakuba.

Very Nice resort with 3 (different) private Onsen hotspring baths and 1 public. Breakfast and dinner were all ok, the rooms are spacious, but too few closets. There was a lounge with free drinks, coffee, tea and snacks and an entertainment room with darts and pool table. The entertainment room, where many guests want to spend some relaxing time after a long day skiing was however closed from 17-22 when people want to enjoy it. We had dinner once at the resort and it was really good,

My partner and I were absolutely blown away when we arrived at this property in the middle of a snow season. I can’t even describe it beauty. Everything was conveniently, with a light lunch/dinner provided at no charge. It was so nice to come home from a day at the slopes and eat amazing warm food! They also provide afternoon tea with wine, where you can overlook a gorgeous view. Complimentary private onsens was another highlight. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had heated floors. Transport to town and ski resorts was so easy, as was hitting ski gear. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property. Wonderful breakfast and Onsen. Inccredibly relaxing.
