We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi for the first stint of our honeymoon. The hotel is pleasant, very clean, has wonderful staff and it’s in a great location of Tokyo. You are not too far from Tokyo train station should you want to travel around different areas. Around a 10 minute walk. Should you need to move your luggage to another hotel. They will also do that for you. They provided free bottles of water everyday which was ideal for when you’re busy around Tokyo. The bath is nice and deep, so you can have a good soak after a long day. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would consider staying again in the future!

This hotel was amazing! The staff was very helpful every step of the way! There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but it is also a 5 minute walk to a metro station to get you anywhere you’d want to go. The area is quiet most of the time. They have self serve laundry which you could use with coin or card (detergent self dispenses in the machine) but they also have full service laundry. I would definitely stay again!

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, 3 convenience stores nearby, laundry facilities and a great view from our room. Only real complaint is that the pillows were slightly too thin for me but that's just me nitpicking

Great stay! It was close to the train station, and just a bit further was Tokyo Station. It was pretty quiet in the area at night. The room was nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is that there were only two laundry machines for the whole hotel, so trying to time when to do laundry was a bit challenging if you needed to use it. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

It's up to standard, 4 star hotel Location: - very convenient, it's on the same street as the Tokyo station. literally just walk down the street or ride the subway for 1 stop and you're there. Staff: - what you'll be expecting from a 4-star hotel. They are professional, good-looking, and helpful Room: - You'll have more than enough space if you get a double room for one person. Not sure about the twins' size bedroom, but it should be enough. Breakfast: - The breakfast is a must-try; there are many options around the hotel, but their breakfast is from the bakery. If you're into bread and desserts, then I would definitely recommend it. Overall, it's a great hotel. It provides the convenience of transportation and a station for you to recharge your energy for the next day.

Really great location. The area is quite and very closer to metro stations and convenience stores. The room was fine although a bit on the smaller side. The only thing that was off was that the bathroom sometimes had an odd smell. Overall it was a great stay and I would come back.

Hotel spotless , staff were very helpful and friendly everywhere, superb breakfast with excellent fresh croissants and scrambled eggs with hot little sausages were very much appreciated. Also great central location, only 3 mins walk away from Otemachi station and 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station be warned though , you must always check the exit number of the station is the one you want as it takes a long time to walk back if you don’t and it’s very easy to get lost then.

The staff were highly qualified and friendly, the rooms were clean, and the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature. The only drawback was that the bathroom exhaust fan could not be turned off separately, and the low-frequency noise was a bit bothersome.

Vi boede her desværre kun en enkelt nat da vi brugte hotellet til en nat mellem vi ankom med toget og skulle videre til lufthavnen. Perfekt placering ift. det. Indtjekningen var hurtig og venlig, området stille men tæt på offentlig transport og masser af spisemuligheder på Tokyo station. Værelset var perfekt stort og smukt. Vi ville ønske vi havde boet her flere dage! Personalet var exceptionelt venlige.

We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi for the first stint of our honeymoon. The hotel is pleasant, very clean, has wonderful staff and it’s in a great location of Tokyo. You are not too far from Tokyo train station should you want to travel around different areas. Around a 10 minute walk. Should you need to move your luggage to another hotel. They will also do that for you. They provided free bottles of water everyday which was ideal for when you’re busy around Tokyo. The bath is nice and deep, so you can have a good soak after a long day. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would consider staying again in the future!

This hotel was amazing! The staff was very helpful every step of the way! There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but it is also a 5 minute walk to a metro station to get you anywhere you’d want to go. The area is quiet most of the time. They have self serve laundry which you could use with coin or card (detergent self dispenses in the machine) but they also have full service laundry. I would definitely stay again!

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, 3 convenience stores nearby, laundry facilities and a great view from our room. Only real complaint is that the pillows were slightly too thin for me but that's just me nitpicking
