2024년 첫 방문했는데 너무 기억에 남아서 또 방문하게 되었어요. 서비스, 분위기, 음식 더할 나위 없이 좋았고 남편과 소중한 추억 만들고 왔습니다. 특히, K.Nakoshi 분의 유쾌함과 친절함이 기억에 남네요. 또 가고 싶어요~

I absolutely loved my stay there everything was perfect! From food to the room, the staff! They were so nice and helpful. Plus the hotel is beautiful, there’s free drinks, the onsen is simply wonderful. Really close to togendai! Even a family mart! 1000/10 the experience was just wonderful

Room was great but bed and pillows were not comfortable. The toilet area could use some heating since it was winter.

Service was great, room was clean with the private bath. Food was great if your into traditional kaiseki like meals. Location is great, about 2 minutes away from the bus stop and there’s a 24hr convenience store right at the bus stop.

하코네 여행 중 2박 했는데, 만족스러웠습니다. 객실은 따뜻하고 청결했고, 프라이빗 노천 욕탕도 살짝 작지만 사용하기 좋았습니다. 저녁 가이세키는 이틀 모두 훌륭했습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절합니다. 다만 숙소 앞 도로로 차가 지나가는 소리가 잘 들리는 점은 아쉬웠어요. 노천 욕실과 맞붙어 있어 어쩔수 없는 부분이라 생각해요.

Wonderful first experience with an Onsen/Ryokan style hotel. Friendly staff and excellent traditional Japanese facilities and dining. Only drawback was the proximity to the highway which was a little noisy when using the onsen rooms; however, it was very convenient to catch public transportation due to its proximity to the main road. Would recommend this stay.

Great Japanese style Inn with private hot tub. Service is great. Location is great to catch bus. There is a bus stop right in front of this hotel. Family mart next door. 30 mins bus to Hakone train station. We had half board meal and food was great too. There is free pop and ice cream bar in front of public bath. Good value at this price.

Super nice place. The included dinner was fantastic, i wasnt as big a fan of the breakfast but it was great too. Highly recommend a room with a private bath. The aesthetic of the rooms is incredible. Highly reccomend

We booked this hotel to get a break from the Japanese city life, but we were quite disappointed. Looking at the pictures when we booked this room, they looked spacious and of newer date, with a private open hot spring - not exactly true to the real deal. When opening the door to the room, we were met with an awful odor, best described as a mix of filth and enclosed dirty moist laundry. The futons were nice though, but the open air hot spring is not open air. It is just a tub that does not get emptied after use - and it is not outdoor. There is no way to get fresh air into the room, since the only window is facing the "open air bath", so you get all the most humid air right back into the room, and the tub is so noisy, we couldn't even sleep with the window open. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the walls had dirty stains on them as well - to pricy to be this filthy. We had breakfast and dinner included, and they did switch the menu on night number two, but is was traditional Japanese cuisine, and did not quite fall into out taste, but it looked like the locals enjoyed it. And there was way too much food. We did not have a chance to try the public onsen, since we have tattoos, so I can say if it was good or bad. The staff was nice, and even though they did not speak English well (some of them not at all) we managed to communicate, and they did a great job. I don't think I will recommend this place to other people.

Susukinohara Ichinoyu was a lovely treat for us! Hakone was so different from the frenetic energy in Tokyo. There were many other resorts in the area, but were unable to accommodate our group of 17. Our ryokan was so peaceful and serene and the private room Onsen for each family was the icing on top. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property is conveniently located next to a Family Mart where we were able to buy snacks and drinks before heading out for the day. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again the future. Arigato gozaimasu!

This was a wonderful getaway experience for us. We loved the private bath in the room and enjoyed both the evening meal and the breakfast

Good and simple Onsen with Japanese feel, and without the 5-Star extras. Clean, bright, rather modern design. Only shortfall is there is only one towel in the room. The hotel should be more generous on towels.

A wonderful escape! Ryokan style accomodations, private and public baths and traditional meals. Very friendly and helpful staff even with a language barrier. Highly recommend😁
