酒店整體有點舊，位置不是很方便的。出入都需要坐車的，酒店附近的食肆比較少，酒店的自助餐及早餐都是偏向印度特式的食品。 酒店員工的服務都比較熱情的。

The swimming pool was cold so we didn't swim. The room was fine, including good black out curtains and it was quiet. However, we had dinner in the ground level restaurant. It took ages for our food to arrive and then my burger and chips were cold. I'm not sure whether I got a new meal or just my original meal microwaved.

A quite long walk from the CIQ, and the nearby area is still under construction. Sorry to say the hotel itself is lacking of maintenance. Some furniture(most heavy sliding doors of the cabinet)and shower(some loose part) is hard to use.

Decent hotel, breakfast variety was very good. The only thing is construction around due to RTS hence hard to walk around that area. I have booked for high floor and realised that the reception lady only put us on 16th floor (highest floor is 30, swimming pool on 13th).

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms.

While the hotel is great, location loses out with no direct access to shopping malls. Walking distance within 10 mins is manageable.

Brought my parents for a short getaway. Love the environment, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staffs except for an incident where my mum asked the reception for directions and was told to open her maps and follow the GPS which I find it rude. As elderly parents, she asked as she was not sure but only to get that kind of response. Other than that, the stay was good.

We had a great stay! Breakfast was amazing, Tosha restaurant was lovely by the pool for dinner. Room service was quick and tasty. We will stay again.

The service is good but the swimming pool is quite disappointing, too small and crowded with a couple trying to be romantic in the pool while the kids were playing in there. As for the rooms, the wall is a bit too thin as I can hear the noises outside and some drilling sound coming from other levels.

As always. Standard of the hotel remains excellent. This is my 3 times staying.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated the effort made to fulfill our special request for a birthday cake—even though it was delivered on the wrong day. However, our experience was significantly affected by the check-in process. The staff member who assisted us at the front desk appeared disinterested and unwelcoming. While he completed the standard procedures—such as requesting our passports, handing out the complimentary cookies, and providing our room cards—he failed to offer basic information typically expected during check-in. There was no mention of breakfast times or location, nor any kind of courteous farewell like “Enjoy your stay.” We were left unsure whether the process was complete until we had to ask for the breakfast details ourselves. Having stayed at this property before, we were familiar with the usual high standards of service, which made this encounter particularly disappointing. We hope this was an isolated incident and not reflective of a broader decline in service quality.

Stayed with 2 adults and a 2-year-old. Very clean facility. Especially the breakfast buffet was great with many genre. The location is close by JB Sentral, but the walk to the hotel was a little rough with a stroller. Recommend using a Grab as the price is low.

Quite and comfort

Everything was good. Check-in was a breeze and service was immaculate. However, the shower door is slightly hard to open and close due to the bottom rubber. The pipes do make loud noises once you switch on the tap.

Excellent service. Well mannered staff. Efficient service in during breakfast, brilliant crowd and seat management. Bravo to management and team.
